Regarding the refrigerator, we adhere to our Lean Luxury philosophy and have made the decision not to include minibars in our rooms. Instead, we provide access to hot drinks and a Maxi bar in our Galleys, and our bar is open 24/7 for drinks and snacks. We sincerely apologise for the incident with the cleaning staff. We take your privacy very seriously and will address this with our team to ensure such situations do not occur in the future.
