As part of our Lean Luxury philosophy, we aim to offer high-quality, regional products, and we understand that our selection might not be as extensive as some might expect. Your comments about our juice and fruit selection will be taken into consideration. In terms of room amenities, our unique room designs are conceived keeping in mind the efficient use of space. We do not have wardrobes in our smaller rooms, but provide hanging options and a luggage rack. For more storage options, our larger rooms offer a wardrobe. Also, we don't have minibars in the rooms, but we do offer a 24/7 bar and a Maxi Bar in our Galleys for drinks and snacks. We're sorry to hear about your experience with room cleaning and staff service. Our hosts should be providing attentive, down-to-earth service, so it's disappointing to hear that this wasn't your experience.
