Ruby Lotti lies directly at Hamburg’s local landmark Stadthausbrücke, in a charming location right next to the water. Famous Jungfernstieg and the many shopping possibilities around Binnenalster are just a few minutes away from the hotel. A central location, however, also means less space. That’s why we design our rooms small and nice, for example by cleverly integrating the bathroom into the main room. For your next stay with us we recommend you to book one of our bigger rooms of the Wow or Loft category. Here, you'll have more space to move around. However, we're sorry to hear that you were disturbed by noises during your stay with us. While all of our rooms have high-quality sound insulation, it's sometimes quieter on higher floors. Next time you stay, just add a note to your booking and we'll do our best to find you a room in a more peaceful part of the hotel. We're also very sorry that your room wasn't as clean as it should have been. We really appreciate you taking the time to let us know, as cleanliness is a priority in all of our hotels.
