When I arrived, the staff member was FaceTiming his friends and barely looked up. I repeated myself twice and then he finally noticed I was there, didn’t even end the FaceTime call but continued talking. Once I got to my room I had a shower and when I turned the tv on it was smashed. Couldn’t see anything. I had to go back downstairs to let them know, he told me I could change rooms but I had already unpacked and I just didn’t want anything to do with it. Annoying for sure.

I booked a double room in February & was told on arrival that they only had single rooms available. I was offered free breakfasts as compensation. The bathroom was very cramped, although adequate.

I booked a double bed but I received a room with twin beds. Not a big deal as I was traveling alone but still disappointing. The window did not fully open.

The room was clean and functional. The toilet as well. The furniture was very basic but nothing strictly necessary was missing. The room-cleaning was punctual and kind.

There were too many noises during my stay. First some weird one coming from the roof (maybe a pigeon?) and then a group of young people was extremely rude and loud until 2am. I'm not aware if the receptionist did something about it.

our room 502 was supposed to be superior - and it was, but: the elevator is under (mayor, several weeks long?) re-construction, so we had to walk... I don't think we were made aware when we made our booking.

The lift was out of order and I had to go up to the fifth floor every day. Also, the breakfast was fine and tasty, but the daily menu did not vary much and a little more variety would have been nice.

The staff were very helpful. When the power in our room went out, they took care of it immediately. We stayed for 10 days and were given a room with a terrace on the top floor, which gave us a view of the city of Stuttgart every morning. And I saw wild squirrels in the roadside trees outside the hotel!

I like these family style non-brand hotels. Good value, not a very big but adequately sized room with good bathroom. Breakfast is nice with good choices and most importantly a good coffee machine.

The fixtures and fittings are tired. It's a bit like stepping back in time. Worn out carpet, terrible curtains and a socket with tape over it were signs of a hotel in need of investment. For the overinflated price we paid during the Euro24 I'd expect better.

Location was great. Easy tram ride from the city centre or a 15 minute walk. Hotel was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful.

The room was a little outdated. A staff member tried to enter my room at 8 in the morning, which turned out to be due to a misunderstanding and renovations, but it wasn't the most comforting idea when solo travelling.

Parking there was easy and the location of the hotel was really great. The receptionist was very friendly and the hotelroom and bathroom were clean. There also was a bottle of water ready for usage, which is a nice gesture.

The location is good. Easily reached by public transport. Nice German breakfast available in sight. Rooms are spacious.

The receptionist on the first day was unacceptablly bad - uninterested, unhelpful and unwelcoming, desperate to get back to his online activity. He also had evident personal hygiene issues. There were no accessories in the room, not even a drinking glass, never mind tea making facilities. The handle of the window in my room was broken, letting in the cold and noise. When I complained, the same receptionist offered me a room right in front of a noisy lift, despite numerous other rooms being free. I decided to stay in the original one as the lesser of the two evils. A pretty surreal experience, which I will not repeat.

The room itself would have been perfectly acceptable without the avoidable issues.
