GermanyThe bed under the cover was not clean! I was a bit irritated as I had to walk with my luggage around the building because the elevator access was not available from the garage because of vandalism, which is certainly not the hotel´s fault.
The view from my room and the breakfast room (29th floor) was stunning! Nice interieur and a super central location in the middle of Jena. Breakfast was nice and fresh, they offered fantastic coffee!

UkraineThe bathtub was dirty and with the damaged cover. The shower drain wasn’t working - water didn’t go away. No minibar and room service. The minibar box on the floor demanded the German ID to buy drinks, so it wasn’t possible to get them in the night 😀

United KingdomIt is very difficult to find, unless you happen to walk in on the correct side of the building, which is otherwise a shopping mall and office building with no suggestion that there is a restaurant on the top floor. Given the price point, I would have expected tea/coffee facilities of some form to be available and preferably in the room, but there were none.
The location at the centre of Jena was fabulous and the views from the windows were unbelievable. The rooms are large, with large windows and modern facilities. The air conditioning was excellent, even during a heatwave.

AustriaThe electronics in the hotel room are total overkill. I had to look for the light switch with the flash light of my mobile phone and even then it was not clear how to control the light. There is no simple switch for anything, everything is hidden behind symbols and multifunction keys. One feels a bit like a prisoner. The blinds don't really keep the light out.
all rooms are up high in the very ... "modernistic" tower and i had a fantastic view. Also the hotel is in the city center and everything is right in front of it, this is great.

United KingdomThis hotel is not 4-star. It advertises On-site Parking, which it doesn't have. The closest private parking is 200m from the tower and you have to pay. The check-in reception on the ground floor was confusing and not luxurious. The optional breakfast is Euro25 which is very expensive. The hotel is trading only on the good reputation of the restaurant.

GermanyVery poor hotel The hotel has like 17 rooms and there no lobby, there was no one at reception, no info NOTHING It is def not a 4 star hotel, doesn't even have a place to sit outside your room.. no coffee. Rooms are pm but ibis like (but a t rhe price of a 5 star) I would t recommend it at all If you want the view go to the restarant which is VERY GOOD, a bit etc wise but great food, but stay elsewhere , with the same price you'll get. A pool and nice bars.
