Extremely comfortable room, very stylishly designed and high quality furnishing. The breakfast was phenomenal, an enormous variety of fresh and delicious options - can highly recommend the pancakes and the scrambled eggs. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - the lady at the breakfast even stopped what seemed to be an important discussion with a colleague to wish me a lovely day. Small touches like that are much appreciated.

The 1st floor facing the terrace- I heard some noise from guests in the garden until quite late.

Good room, cool and very comfortable bed/sheets. I slept very well. Breakfast options are abundant and friendly staff overall. Garage is spacious- easy access.

Handling of the refund of the hotel's wrong booking

Overall great experience (we stayed a year ago there already) BUT a mix up of rooms by the hotel resulted in a wring charge and I am waiting since 4 weeks for a refund that was promised the next day, totally unacceptable. Inside facing room much better as especially during weekends drunken resellers make lots of noise in the street until early morning. Matters less when windows closed and aircon on.

We could spent only our last night in this hotel, as stayed before in another one. Next time, then longer !

Excellent modern efficient hotel, near the main train station and to city centre. Professional kind staff at the reception, we've been welcomed by a Moldave young lady who spoke a perfect Italian and allowed us an earlier check-in, as hommage to my birthday. Excellent comf and quiet room. Great buffet-breakfast with large choice. We'll come back again, also because Nürnberg is such a beautiful cultural city, with easy-going welcoming people.

Honestly, nothing.

Unfortunately, I stayed only for one night, so I didn't have too much time to experience the hotel and it's facilities. But still, I loved the hotel. Clean and spacious premises. My room had lovely decoration, comfy beds, sofa chair with a book table, gorgeous bathroom and a view of the city. Can't recommend enough.
