A coffee machine would have been nice. Also we were not given choices as to where to park, and the next door garage was very expensive.

The room we booked was rather small, no table, no kettle. The bathroom was large however and the bed very comfy. This is not a hotel that will wow you away, no particular charm, but it is a decent and practical choice.

The hotel could not be better located. It is very quiet at night since it is in the pedestrian part of the city. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean & modern.

My room was a bit dark. I think this was due to the dark grey walls and curtains.

Very modern and very clean and sharp, I particularly liked the bathroom and the argon oil body wash and hand wash. I didn't try breakfast, so I can not comment on that. The bar serves coffee all day and mainly gin but I was given a lovely lemon non-alcoholic cocktail. They were very welcoming of my pet dog, who was travelling with me and provided a blanket and food and water bowl for her. The location was right in the centre of the old town within walking distance of major museums, the theatre and the many shops, cafes and restaurants. There are plenty of Italian ice cream parlours and restaurants as well.

Noise in the early morning from emptying the trash cans and cleaning the street, noise from neighbour bathrooms and doors at the same floor, we changed the room to get a 1.8 m wide bed. In the first room the bed was to narrow with 1.6 m

The staff(especially Ms Levi) was very pleasant and helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was spacious. The hotel is in the center of town and a 25 minute walk downhill from the train station. There are frequent buses ( especially for the uphill trek leaving town).

Parking is very expensive nearby. Although we inadvertently stayed during Oktoberfest so there may be more on street parking nearby at other times? The hotel itself is lovely!

There’s a nice cocktail bar with a wide range of drinks but on the Friday night we went there, there was only one bartender who was trying very hard to make cocktails for lots of customers. It might have been an exception, but it would have been better to have a second member of staff. We waited a long time and other people gave up and walked out.

Excellent location and facilities. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Very nice selection of items on the breakfast buffet. The shower fitting was very controllable with almost immediate hot water at a constant temperature and no leaks onto the bathroom floor - wonderful! Very quiet,fast lift too. Would definitely stay there again.

Small room, and some items were missing which I would expect in this price range eg mini fridge, coffee maker. Laughable self check in system - it would be much quicker if the reception staff did this rather than expecting guests to enter their own passport details etc (which are as a consequence not checked in any way by the hotel itself and could be completely invented). I would however happily stay again.

Very well located and very smart, looking newly renovated throughout. Comfortable bed and good bathroom facilities.

We arrived late, but were still able to check in and the service was really superb. A staff member stayed late to let us in and check us in, going above and beyond what we would expect. We also had our bikes with us and the hotel provided an area in the cellar where only staff could access it which we really appreciated.
