How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Loud street noise. You can’t open the window as a result of the noise. No air / fan so it’s hot at night. The description on booking didn’t specify a kitchenette or not and this room didn’t have it. All other times I have booked there, the apartment had a kitchen. Booking needs to update the description. WiFi is horrible too. The TV has a Netflix option but cannot connect to it.

We have been in Limehome for 6 nights - no one came to clean the room, empty the garbage, or change towels.

The room got a bit stuffy and you really couldn't keep the windows open because of the traffic noises. So maybe improving the AC could do something about that?
The room itself was really nice, spacey and beautifully decorated. Bed was comfortable. Room included a fridge and some toiletries. Great location and good value for your money. Lots of restaurants around and public transport worked great.

The building has 7 floors so if you book apartment with the balcony the photo shows the one on the top floor. We ended on the 1st so the view was not good as the one shown on the web.

After a long flight, it was somewhat inconvenient to get the access information so late in the process. Several different renters were puzzling over the instructions when I arrived, and I'm sure it was due to being jet lagged and befogged.
The neighborhood is very nice.

Just little things for your information: - Pair of hooks for hanging up jackets A bathroom shelf (board/cupboard): it is not good for cosmetics to be placed on the floor as it is warm due to the underfloor heating. Otherwise everything is fine 👌

Our room's TV didnt work propely, room itself was quite noisy. Toilet's ventilation system made quite a noise, fridge was loud and next door room's toilet's ventilation was being heard from our room. Sadly no extra dishes were available (only 2 cups and 2 glasses were present). While we stopped there, there was a construction in front of the building and pathway was blocked due to it.
Room was pretty nice and large and getting your key-/passcode was smooth.

Room could have been cleaner, the floor was quite dusty and there were some other dirty spots. Additionally, the door of the bathroom in our room was 'stuck' on the floor. So it took a lot of force to open and close all the time.
Clear instructions to enter the building and room were sent before arrival. Room was very nice, had everything that you would expect. Location was perfect for us, It was easy to visit the Velodrome and the center by Tram/Subway

The kitchen could be better stocked (e.g. dish rack, French coffee press instead of only pods, bread knife, microwave, ice cube tray). TV
The balcony on our 7th floor apartment saved the place for us. Location right by tram but also some street noise. Comfortable king size bed.

The street is noisy but anyway I would not downrate for that too much. Maybe would be good to know if iron could be available.
The room was modern and very well organized, including the kitchen for quick breakfast. Good proximity to public transport and nice area around with modern and tasty restaurants/cafes
