Just two small complaints- staff are excellent, however at check out time they did seem a bit disorganised and were trying to deal with multiple at once. Please try a queueing system as it will be easier for the staff. Secondly, leaving luggage at the hotel is a bit cumbersome. They have lockers which you pay for but there are only so many lockers. Had to ask to put my bag in a separate room and I was told they weren’t secure but in reality it was a lot more secure than the lockers. This could be handled better and communicated more effectively

No kettle/ tea in the room but maybe you can request that?

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and quiet rooms, great location, warm atmosphere. Cot available with a duvet, sheet and a little pillow for a baby as requested. I really enjoyed staying in the hotel with my 8 month old baby. I would stay again if I visit Berlin in the future :-)

Can be a later check in. It said 3.30pm but it ended up being 3.45pm. Can be a bit warm in the rooms and if you're more than 2 the bunk beds are a bit scary getting down from.

Great location! We stayed there because it was close to Uber Arena for a concert. Made it so much easier to get back. There's also a mall close by so lots of options. They also had their own cafe + bar and vending machines. Rooms were clean and had good necessities like towels and coffee! Using the app to check in was smooth.

SOME of the staff were really quite unfriendly. It also would have been helpful to be given more information about the facilities. We didn’t know about the kitchen available for use until the last night of our stay, which would’ve been great to know about earlier.

Although the room was very small, its designed quite well. I really enjoyed the room itself - I really can’t fault anything. The location was also great

Would have liked harder /more pillows. A glass in the room as no facilities for a drink. The bunk is difficult/dangerous for kids to get in and out of (luckily our 14 year old was ok) but no sure how little ones would manage?

Fantastic location right next to Ostbahnhof station (s and u bahn) and bus stops. Next to east side gallery and the lovely River Spree. Immaculately clean and modern. Great air con (important to me in a hotel room), Beds comfortable, 3 single beds and an overhead bunk in the family room. Free shower gel/shampoo. Great for a budget option.

The hotel is popular with groups of students and teenagers, so it can be loud at times. No cash accepted anywhere in the hotel. Room tidy-up and change of towels and sheets must be ordered through the app - it took us a while to figure this out. Limited storage space for luggage, we had to use the storage in the nearby train station.

Great, central location, close to major train station and the Berlin Wall gallery. Staff were helpful and the rooms are small but well-designed. Comfy beds - mattress was nice and firm with plenty of pillows supplied. Nice bar with good music for a nightcap.

I was disappointed that even after requesting a body/shampoo refill twice, I was only provided with hand soap. Additionally, the luggage lockers are NOT FREE — they must be paid for at a machine, but during my stay, only one machine was working, and there were no medium or large lockers available.

The room was very comfortable, cozy, and spacious, with plenty of hangers, storage space, and a good desk. The bathroom was spotless and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities (hand towel, towel, body and hand soap). The hotel also offers a large lounge area with comfortable seating and a separate, spacious playroom for kids. If you come by car, there's a public garage in front of the hotel (Ostbanhof).

My room was 752, it has lovely river view (good!) but a bit squashed shape. It tends to get very hot. When I arrived all the curtains and the shutters were up and the room was unbearably hot! You should tell the room maids to put the shutters down and close the curtains when they leave. Also, the elevators are not well coordinated.

The guest kitchen, the breakfast room in general with nice view, the friendliness of the staff, the library and the cafe area, all lovely.
