The only thing was the coupons provided for the parking did not work and there was no help on how to make them work.

We loved the breakfast and the room was spacious and clean! Location was perfect near everything and close to the central station and a super market open until 11 pm.

We had a great stay at Hotel Minerva. Staff was so nice and very helpful. Room was clean, and had a nice little balcony with a table and chairs. Nice breakfast spread each morning. And the hotel is in a great location, walking distance to just about anything you'd want to do in Freiburg as well as the train station.

Nice and convenient to both trainstation and old city. Had spacious bathroom and toilet in the hall , but private for the room and it worked just fine. Super clean and good breakfast.

The location is very good, walking distance to both train station and city centre. My room was clean as well as the external bathroom which was big with modern facilities such shower and wash basin, etc. Slippers were also provided. There was no air conditioning in my room which might be hot during summer days but I opened the window at night and was pleasant. The bed was very comfy and the wifi was very good. Breakfast was excellent, it could not be better. It had a lot of varieties for all tastes and very delicious. Staff very helpful and welcoming, highly recommended!

It was good but my room had a separated bathroom that I could only reach going through a hallway besides other rooms. A little expensive for one night offer.

Good location with a great breakfast offer. Staff is very friendly, helpful and responsive. Late check-in possible with keys in a box outside the hotel for pickup. Good for a short stay.

Poor soundproofing. I could hear a baby crying and kids screaming downstairs- all in their rooms behind closed doors. would be nice if they replenished breakfast items- i came down after 9am each day and some items were never refilled or left just one.

The hotel staff was excellent, helpful and friendly. The hotel is in an old converted villa near the railway station and not far from downtown.

No drink facilities in the bedroom, although free refreshments were available via reception area. TV didn't work. Mentioned to the staff, but on leaving, so it wasn't perhaps there fault. Mattress was rather soft, not good if you have a bad back!

Excellent location, only a ten minute walk to the railway station. Great to see the sights of Frieburg. Balcony a bonus! Lovely welcoming staff. Lovely fresh breakfast, good selection.

THE ROOM WAS SMALL BUT HAS EVERYTHING I NEEDED, GOOD SHEETS, GOOD TOWELS IN THE BATHROOM. LOCATION IS VERY GOOD, BREAKFAST IS VERY COMPLETE.

The location is perfect for a short stay in the beautiful city of Freiburg. The breakfast is simply wonderful and parking at the nearby parking garage of the central station is easy and not expensive (20 EUR/day).

Fun talkative guests very much friendly, the wine festival in the city the days we stayed so we drank a lot of wine which we weren't supposed to drink so much, hobnobbed with international leaders at the wine fest,many German food specialties tons of live music in various tents lovely town of Freiburg I totally love that little city
