Good Location, nice balcony, it was clean, easy access, good parking.

Heating was stopped overnight so it got cold in the morning. (Was around 3-4 degrees outside).

It is a hotel just to rest overnight and not be outside in the cold. Simple checkin and checkout.

We had to wait for a couple of hours to check in because we didn’t get the code for the key box on time. No one responded either to phone calls or messages via Booking. We were almost ready to give up when suddenly the call was answered:) So, I’d recommend to take care of the code in advance.

The room was clean and comfortable. The area is quiet and green. There is a free parking space.

TV didn’t work. Fridge was dirty and didn’t work. No bulb for table light. One window didn’t close.

Unfortunately there was a street event that evening with very loud music, but we had to keep windows open due to the heat. No much parking space. We had issues as well with the self checking as our code gave us a key that was not for the room we were supposed to have, most likely because the room was still not ready even 1h30 after our allowed check-in time (which is fine) but we tried again keybox later and it was there but I wonder if someone was missing their keys then...

Nice location, good value for money, roll was simple but with what you need. Hotel is not too big so quiet, but no staff, everything is contactless

The whole impression of the hotel was spoiled by the fact that, even though smoking was prohibited everywhere, there was a strong stench of smoking in my room.

Easy check in and check out. Free private parking. The room and bathroom were clean.

There are more points to be dissatisfied. The lack of a kettle ! after a long trip. You must be unempathetic. TV does not function, only radio programmes. The lack of Wi-Fi ! Where is civilisation ?

The property it's not that easy to access, I had to stay one hour to get inside, there is no 24h reception as it says on boking. The dor of the balcony was not closing. The cleaning very poor. Not recommend

Here is what we found upon arrival: the toilet was dirty, the sink was broken, and so was the hair dryer. The refrigerator did not work, and one of the nightstand lights was missing from the wall, leaving exposed wires outside the wall. In 7 days, the room was never cleaned, and l had to ask for my towels to be replaced. The entire time, no one ever attended the front desk. We had to call the owner at home. One could think it was an Airbnb. Did l mention that the TV was not set up either. I know that this sounds like a nightmare, but it was real. I never experienced anything like it. I am glad l only booked for one week, since our stay took us for one week to Italy. So, for my second stay in Stuttgart, l found a different hotel on my own.

Hello, Even though I called the hotel some days before arrival, and asked them is there anybody at reception letting me in, I arrived and the door was closed, I could not enter, nobody opened the door. The phone I rang, was swiched off. I lost the money I had paid and I had to find a new hotel at night. Also, You can not write to The hotel via email. But such a possibility should be.

Cold room. Outside temperature -4, room is same. Radiators were closed, not working. Freezing whole night. They didnt turn on heating. Not recommend. They said there is street parking, we parked 1km away from hotel

I made my reservation for the 27th, since the hotel offers 24/7 check in I chose it so I could sleep at 4am after my trip. The information they sent me was "we will wait for you on Friday the 27th" check-in from 12 am until 12 pm. After that upon my arrival they never answered me, they did not give me a code and I could not enter. Because of this I had to sleep on a bench near the hotel as you can see in the photos. It was -4 degrees. That is the information they gave in the email as it appears in the photos. After this I checked in again at 3:20 pm so I could rest a little and when we arrived at that time the rooms were not ready. But they say the opposite when I have videos of this.

The staffs are not honest…I forgot my JBL Flip5 Bluetooth speaker in the hotel room and they claim not to see it…that was really bad
