Good sized room, with little kitchenette, air con, comfy bed. It was clean and the staff were lovely, friendly, happy and attentive.

The staff is nice and the location is excellent with everything you need is around.

The room is very small. There are no shelves to place my toletries in the shower. No water refill station either even though it has become more common in many hotels.

The people were very nice and helpful during our check-in and also during our stay they always welcomed us with a warm and welcoming smile. The room was very beautiful, clean and it was very comfortable to sleep there. Another convenient thing is that the property is just a few minutes away from the subway station. So you can go to other places pretty fast. We were very happy with our stay and totally recommend it and will come again.

The two staff that run the hotel simply carry the entire business with their manners work ethic and friendly demeanour. Those workers carry the value of the business immensely and turn a simple clean new hotel into a warm cozy experience where you don’t worry. Will visit again with the business , hands down.

Bathroom curtain (no walls)

I normally do not start any review talking about the staff as all staff should be great at a hotel. The staff however at this hotel were the main reasons I am writing this review, as they were so relaxed and friendly - each one we encountered and spoke with from checkin to checkout. The hotel was not very populated as it changed name recently but it was very clean, relaxed and the room was very comfortable. I really enjoyed the stay there. Location was perfect for us, it was right next to the tram and a 10 min walk from the train station where we came and left from. The area is nearby the river as well, its a great place to stay overall and I can only highly recommend it. Apart from that, WIFI, comfortable bed, great shower - it had everything needed for an enjoyable stay.

The location was amazing, incredibly central. Furthermore, the staff were lovely. Reception was friendly, thoughtful and helpful. On our last morning, early departure, the receptionist went out of his way to bake us fresh croissants before we left. Super kind gesture.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel right in the city center. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The check-in process was quick and smooth, Room was Clean.

Good location, clean, friendly staff.

Loud closing room doors - you cand hear closing every room door on the floor. Closed window does not block entirely the street noise at night.

The location was great. 400m from the square and half a mile from the station. On the river so fantastic walks. The staff were really good and friendly.

Lack of privacy in the bathroom. The bathroom was made by adding a glass partition in the already small room, with a curtain supplied for privacy. The air-conditioning unit was also right next to the bed, which was noisy, and leaky.

Great location. The train station and many other tourist spots are within walking distance. Walking from the train station to the hotel, you can feel the dynamic vibe of the old city, but once in the hotel you're away from the crowds of tourists, where you can enjoy the serenity of the neighborhood. The staff are nice and friendly, particularly the gentleman at the reception desk, who provided us with a lot of useful information. He even hleped us book an Uber car so that we were able to catch the bus and continued our journey successfully. Highly recommend!

Very modern and clean room! We had a great stay the room was very modern and spotless. There was a coffee machine and a nice selection of teas provided, which was a lovely touch. The shower was excellent, and in my experience, the bed was extremely comfortable. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The hotel doesn’t have its own parking, but the receptionist was very helpful and quickly helped us find a nearby spot.

Good location, close to the cathedral, and a 20-minute walk to Lanxess Arena. Clean, free mini bar with soft drinks, sweets, tea, and coffee. We were on the last floor with a balcony, which I recommend.

Not a big fan of the glass bathroom, but it wasn't too much of an inconvenience.

Really great location, new and modern and clean hotel, good enough room, decent enough bed (nothing special). It had a nespresso machine, which was great.

Only criticism is that It has one of those 'bathroom in the room separated by glass and a curtain' type rooms, which blows my mind why they do this but it was fine.

Staff were excellent. The receptionist very good in dealing with a slight hiccup we had with the safe!!( Which was me being stupid), he was more than willing to help, happy and enjoyed a bit of banter with us- a credit to the company.
