Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. The room was fantastic, very spacious and clean. Even though it was on the ground floor facing out to the street we did not have any issues with noise. Beds were very comfortable, excellent value for money.

AustraliaNo air-con and no windows in the room so it was humid and hot in the room during hotter time of the day. Bathroom didn’t had any ventilation so it got really humid in the room. There were only two instant coffee pods and one sugar pod next to a cattle, We booked a room for two night for a family of four so it was clearly not well stocked! Bed quality was OK, but the pillows were not motel quality at all, they were quite old too :( There was a hotplate in the kitchen but no pan or pot to warm/cook something in there! Good thing was that I managed to get the free motel parking spot during the whole stay but it’s a limited space so it was just a luck, otherwise I could have ended up paying for parking as well! What’s the point of staying in a motel which is literally on the edge of a town and you still have to pay for a parking..if I hadn’t manage to get that free parking spot I would have given a bad review for sure.

FinlandThere was no air conditioning, and since the windows faced the street at ground level, we kept the curtains and windows closed for privacy. Some traffic noise could be heard inside.
The room was spacious and worked really well for our family of five. The beds were very comfortable, and the staff was kind and welcoming. Parking on the street right outside was easy to find and convenient (paid during the day).

RussiaThe smell of tobacco smoke in the morning from the courtyard - that was unpleasant. The dining room is a bit cramped, but I suspect that in good weather, tables are available outside.
The hotel is quite clean, with an inexpensive and good breakfast. We were lucky with the parking: a) we parked right next to the hotel b) And it was free for us on a weekend. But I don't believe that everyone is so lucky. Yes, it's a long walk to the city center, but the thermal baths are 10 minutes away.

RussiaThe water drain system is clogged a bit. Floors look clean after the room service, but white socks become grey within 30 minutes if you don't use slippers. All nights were calm except one on May 1st when city celebration rave music woke my family and me at 2:35 late at night. Aside from that perfect and quiet place!
Very comfortable room with exceptional placement. 10 minutes walk from Carolus Thermen or from Tivoli stadium.

United KingdomOnly that if you a ground floor back garden patio room at the same with lazy inconsiderate guests who smoke, they can choose to smoke just outside the garden door/window of your groundfloor apartment, despite havng the whole garden where they could smoke.
The location at first was worrying, as it is right on a main road. However, we were in a room on the ground floor at the back, and there was no noise whatsoever, even with the garden door left ajar. Very surprising! Thick well-built German houses/buildings! When the garden door was closed, there was no noise at all - the door are triple glazed. The beds were very very comfortable. The reception male staff member was very helpful and kind. He gave tips on parking. He said we could use a pot for pasta and whatever cutlery or crockery we needed to have out own meals in our room, using the kitchenette present. The wonderful thermal baths are 15 min walk away, and there is a large supermarket and bakery across the road.
