Wifi wasn't working at all. Coffee is free but isn't put out generously. Bin wasn't emptied. The host and whatsapp/ technology seem a bit of a mismatch.

The room was very nicely done (Bavarian style) and even though the bed looked small at first, especially the linen, it turned out a perfect match to sleep well. Very quiet and surrounded by nature with shops and restaurants all in walking distance...Bavarian beauty

The apartment was a big surprise for our kids—it truly felt like living in a fairy tale! All the paintings on the walls were super cute and added so much charm to the space. It was cozy, fun, and full of little details that made the stay magical for the little ones. We highly recommend it, especially for families with small children. A really special place!

Perfect accommodation in the Bavarian style house in the alp valley. Very cozy and quiet. Just 1 hour walk (or 10 minutes by car) from Eibsee, Garmisch, etc. Recommend it for the family rest. Hope to come back again, thanks!

Microwave was impossible for us to figure out even with instructions. We would have preferred a simpler microwave and small oven.

Throughout the weekend, the sink would make constant gurgling noises and there was a persistent odor from one of the bathrooms that I believe was a result of water getting pushed back up through the bathtub pipes. Also maybe blasphemous to say as I live in Germany, but for the provided bottled water, it would be good to have an even split of sparkling and still. I can't stand the taste of sparkling water :)

View of the mountains from the property was amazing and we were able to bring our dog with us to stay. Also the provided coffee machine and little candies for Easter was a nice bonus.

Great location! The house is clean and cozy. Our apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which was really convenient. The view is great! About minuses: The dishwasher was out of order, for that type of money it is unacceptable And the barbecue facilities are the ones for all apartments which might cause some problems by grilling at the same time

Details on rubbish seperation. The stairs are very creaky and if someone gets up at night the whole house hears them. It would be nice to get recommendations of restaurants or shops in the area.

Loved the character of the place. It was spacious and had an amazing view. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We loved staying in these apartments! They had a really cool, unique style that felt local, and they had everything a family needed. It was also super easy to check in and out, which was great. The hosts were amazing - so friendly, kind, and helpful. Overall, it was a fantastic little winter getaway and a perfect way to kick off the new year!
