We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The location is excellent, no issues whatsoever. The room was very comfortable with the sound of the waterfall with an open window. Situated in the middle of the city, it offered great sightseeing opportunities at ones doorstep. The breakfast was very good and tailored made according to wishes.

One morning, they brought us the wrong order If it weren’t for the wait staff at their restaurant, it would have been close to perfect. Our room was great but the wait staff at the restaurant are in desperate need of training

The staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. Their level of service really stood out. The location was great, so close to the town centre but quiet at night. Comfortable bed.
