I GOT A15 EURO FINE FOR PARKKING TO UNOAD SUITCASES OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR. I HAD AN INVALID BADGE FROM MY COUNTRY ON THE WINDOW. VERY UNREASONABLE.

Wi-Fi in my room was next to none, my devices kept connecting and disconnecting all the time, the best signal I could get was in the bathroom. Additionally, the mobile service was also very poor in that room. The view of the NOC parking lot from the window was not a breathtaking one as well. Once at the breakfast 5-min eggs were not boiled properly and I got a towel that was torn.

Overall, the entire stay was rather fine. Breakfast was tasty, there was a wide variety of different food to choose from. Staff was always smiling and was very welcoming, big plus that all speak English.

The room I was given was right on top of the entrance. And people kept coming in at all hours of the night and were very loud. It was not a pleasant or comfortable sleep at all. And I’m not sure the hotel was fully booked that I needed to be placed in that room.

The room was charming and so German. I loved it! The bed, the furniture, and I enjoyed the shower. Also, the hallways and the common area was nice.

One of the mattresses had a lean into the middle…uncomfortable as a couple. Very warm too.

Ambiente looks really nice and has this "urig" character. Even check-in late was not a problem and restaurant has an amazing selection.

Nothing not to like! Although expect it might be a little warm in the hotter summer months when there's no air conditioning

We checked in pretty late on the Sunday evening and were given instructions to collect our key - no issues with this at all and all worked out fine! The rooms are not the biggest, but appreciated how the space was used to maximise the room useability. Everything was clean, showers were great, no air conditioning is probably the only thing, but it was a fairly cool evening so not too much of a bother. Will definitely be back if we are ever in Weiden!

our room had no AC and we stayed during one of the hottest days/nights of the year unfortunately. With open windows a bit noisy from surrounding streets, but (for us) it was ok.

lovely welcoming ambiance, very friendly staff, nice and clean room, good breakfast, Also located just within a few minutes walking distance to a mall and the old city center.

The breakfast was below standard for what I am used to in this area. if there are more than 4 people you wont get any meat. the coffee is also not what I am used to in the morning. The wifi was poor and kept dropping. If you have a long stay you should get a bigger room.

Location is great right in the city center, parking garage across the street, however paying daily is a pain. The hotel should offer a pass for as long as your stay is.

The resturaunt was great and reasonably priced. I don't normally eat at the hotel where I stay, but the food was exceptional. Employees were fantastic.

A little difficulty with the internet on my computer. Also I would have liked to have had a refrigerator in my room. Also, the restaurant being open every day would have been good.

The breakfast was excellent. I had a lot of difficulty logging into WiFi with my computer but no problem with my phone. The computer was important because it was the only way I could watch movies. The only other thing I would have like to have had was a refrigerator. However, with that being said I was very happy with my stay. It was close to work. It was in the center of the city, which I truly appreciated, and, the staff were very friendly. I would recommend staying there.
