The soundproof-nes of the cabins. People coming back at 5 am were interrupting our sleep. While it's mostly bad behavior from the guests, I believe the cabins should be more soundproof and stable. (One night, it was shaking because of a couple in the higher cabin, like get a room, not a cabin!!)

The staff and overall atmosphere was very nice. Comfortable bed in the cabin, and everything was very clean. There's a microwave, washing machines, and lockers (for rent and in the room), get a lock for the ones inside the room!!!!

The washroom was not sufficient for all people. They can also ensure the cleanliness of the washroom.

The hostel staff is exceptionally amazing and cooperative. The capsule is very comfortable and was maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. Furthermore, the price is quite reasonable.

The lack of AC made it very hot in the pods, especially with two people.

Very easy to check in and out, everyone was friendly and helpful. Staff even helped us with changing money and deposit system was very straight forward.

Great location and value for money. We had a private room in the very back and basically had a bathroom of our own since the other rooms were a bit further away. Also beds were very comfortable.

It was not the cleanest place, found a few hairs on the floor here and there. Also, the mattress is very loud for some reason. It was difficult to sleep because you can hear everything in the hallway and someone kept walking in and out of the hallway and banging the door loudly, also people were talking in the hallway at 2 am. Not the hotel's fault, but i recommend earplugs for this stay, I put mine on and slept til the morning comfortably.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the place has a nice atmosphere, it's easy to find in the street, the location is quite nice too. I was travelling alone as a woman, and didn't feel much danger. The street is a bit empty in the evening, but overall, no weird people or places where you can feel uncomfortable. It was nice that I could use the kettle in the lobby, there's also tea/coffee/breakfast available.

Staff, vibes, bar. This is a place for meeting people and the staff were so kind and helpful throughout my stay. I felt immediately comfortable and at home. The cleanliness was good for a hostel. Lot of stairs but typical for Germany!

So this hostel seems to be multiple buildings. Depending on what building you're in, the shower and toilet coverage could be very sparse. The building closest to reception seemed to have a nice amount of both, but the rooms further away had two shower/toilet combo rooms for about 5 dorms (so maybe an estimate of 30 people)

Very cute artsy hostel located close to major club attractions in Berlin. The atmosphere was relaxed but it was still possible to have a great time meeting people. There were plenty of electrical outlets inside and outside of rooms. There were multiple kitchens, so plenty of space. Also, there were lots of laundry machines, which was a nice surprise!

The facilities are in serious need of renovation. Everything felt quite worn down. Cleanliness was lacking, especially in the shared kitchen. It seemed that the type of guests staying there at the time didn’t bother to clean up after themselves. Another issue was the bathrooms — it was sometimes impossible to find a free one on the entire floor. The bathrooms also lacked basic conveniences like shelves or more hooks. Wi-Fi was poor and unreliable.

The staff at the hostel were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast, although vegetarian, was filling and tasty.

This place may not be suitable for light sleepers as it is a shared dormitory. Overall, it’s a good stay, but if you end up with someone who has smelly feet, it can be quite uncomfortable due to the strong odor.

The staff is lovely and very helpful. They communicate well in English, making communication smooth and hassle-free. The accommodation is conveniently located, perfect for those attending concerts.
