During the busiest time of the day, the traffic can be loud when the windows are open. When the windows are closed the outside sound is to significantly silenced. Our room did not have a small table or desk and chair for being on a computer.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Early check in time. Clean and spacious room and bathroom. Ample breakfast with made to order eggs, coffee and other items. Location is extremely close to the center of town.

Noisy at certain times of day. Had a fan so could close the window at night. Not keen on 'Hotels' with no one on reception apart from in the morning. Expensive.

I just wish there was a choice to not have the room cleaned daily for sustainability and convenience. In one case, we wanted to be in our room and the housekeepers took it over at 9:30am when we had just finished breakfast. They didn’t really give us a choice despite requesting they wait 5 minutes. This issue might have been unique to our room, the first in the building.

The breakfast and the management / cafe staff were all very kind. The provided fan was helpful in a heat wave and the extra pillow was handy.

1. Internet - there was little or no internet. 2 Bathroom - a bit small, but manageable. So separation from shower to bathroom, so can easily make bathroom floor wet. There was also a little mold on the shower grout, which I hope they try to deal with before it gets worse.

1. Location - can't be beat! Its near the Dom and the Residenz. It is also by the river. 2. Room - was on the smaller size, but still very manageable. We had 3 single beds. Windows had screens so we can open the window without worrying about mosquitoes or bugs coming in. 3. Breakfast - our booking included breakfast. It was AMAZING. Simple yet a lot of food. 4. Staff - helpful and friendly

WiFi was spotty but didn’t need to use it much as we were visiting the city and all of the sights.

Lovely hotel, great breakfast (beautifully presented by a very attentive waitress). Smallish modern bedroom, clean bathroom, partial view of "Little Venice", easy walk into town and free parking within 10 mins walk. Easy check in system and hotel staff happy for us to leave our bags until after 1200 hrs.

Everything was nice and the staff was extremely kind. Only good things to say.

The service was excellent! Very flexible. For example, we had to leave early in the morning, and they immediately agreed to serve breakfast one hour earlier. My brother celebrated a birthday the day after, and they offered to create a special experience with a tiny addition to the price. We got a decorated table, a bottle of Prosecco and a package full of chocolates.

Great little hotel in easy walking distance to the old town. Room had a river view and was comfortable, the staff was super friendly and the breakfast was wonderful. Easy to get to all sights, plus free parking available a few 100 meters down the street (near river). Would definitely recommend and come back again to.

Lovely personnel, very responsive, open to any wishes and ready to take into account all considerations from the employer concerning the final invoice. I especially liked the simplicity and quality of the breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel, especially to those who visit Bamberg on business occasions.

The reception desk wasn't staffed, which made arrival a little tricky. I eventually found someone but it was odd to arrive with no-one there. Contact numbers were posted outside the hotel, though.

Great location, next to the old town. The hotel was quiet, despite being next to a fairly busy bridge. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. And the breakfast was great - some of the best bread I've ever eaten!
