Pillows are awful. They don't have normal pillows just giant cushions. When I asked for normal pillows they said they had none so I had to ask for someone in the city to lend me one.

Payment with card has been tricky on the last 3 occasions as the card reader is often down. Sometimes it is frustrating on both sides when limited or no English on reception. Thank you to the young lady who kept my luggage and explained everything well. Really think English has to be spoken in an international location. Sorry!

I have stayed here 3 times before as only a tram ride from Leipzig Hbf, value for money, a Reve is round the corner and I think there is a Vietnemese place nearby. The rooms are basic but comfortable.

On hotel description, I read 1.8 km. from downtown area. But it's lie. To downtown 2.8 km. We like walking but it was too much and we had to use tram. Also on room description was 2 good armchairs. But they're not on the room. Room small.

Normal hotel with average price. Staff on reception was amazing. Very helpful and professional.Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Nice view from room on Leipzig.

The small restaurant couldn't really cope with all the guests on the Saturday morning, just one coffee machine wasn't enough and there were long queues. The bathroom was a little smelly on arrival and at odd times during the night. However we didn't spend enough time in the room for it to bother us too much. It would be nice to have had a free small fridge in the room to keep our water in.

The staff were all so friendly and helpful and were patient with my rusty German! The room was very clean and comfortable, we had good sleeps. The breakfast choices were more than adequate with hot and cold selections. Loved the faces on the boiled eggs!

The noise from the street was very loud at night so we couldn't leave the window open, which led to the room getting very warm. The elevator was also a bumpy ride.

We didn't include breakfast in the booking but there was still coffee and tea in the room. For the price it was a totally good room and there was a tram station and supermarket are nearby.

I do not have any negative points. The hotel matched my expectations. I needed a good basic place to stay for a reasonable price.

The location was perfect. I needed a hotel in between the city centre and the Messe, preferably right at the S-Bahn. This hotel ticked all the boxes. There was a supermarket right outside, as well as a bakery shop and a few restaurants, so in case you fancy something else, there's plenty of choice. At some point during my stay, my wife joined me, so I extended my work stay with a few leisure days. The hotel merged the two bookings into one, so I didn't have to move rooms. Pleased they were thinking along.

The rooms were a bit old and some not very fresh smells in the bathroom, but nothing very disturbing.

The reviews scared is a bit but overall it was quite convenient. We were there during the Euro so the prices were high overall but the location was quite central 15 mins or so away by tram to the center. Rooms not very big but convenient.

There was a lack of air circulation. Our room was on the second floor and there was no air conditioning and some nights got so hot that we couldn’t really sleep.

All of the receptionist was not kind and not so helpfull(( They could not find my booking and their system do not works well!(( They could not give information about parking on the street just wanted to pay 9 euro for the hotel’s parking. And they do not want to let me live at the morning even I already payed at night! They were quite confused!((??

It is an average hotel, standard beds ( wish if they were a bit bigger ) If you are looking for some luxury this is not a place for you. If you are just looking for a place where you will sleep and take a shower it is great solution.

Well connected with the city center and the main Hauptbanof with tram lines that go often. Staff was very friendly and spoke excellent English Near hotel, there are a couple of shops where you can buy the basic stuff. Quiet neighborhood.
