Overall a very good location.My second stay at this place in the last 2 years.Definately returning again when visiting Germany .

No kettle or any provision in the bed room to make tea or coffee, that should be the minimum standard in this days. Everything else was good.

Great option when bikepacking.

Room Card did not work days in a row. I was closed out of the hotel since reception is not 24/7. it takes 30 minutes to get there. towels where not cleaned but put back on the rack. once asked why reception told me they did not know.

- No air conditioning - Bugs in the room - smell - old furniture I specifically searched for hotels in the area with air conditioning as my main condition. The hotel claims that they have air conditioning, yet when arrived in the evening on friday, I found out there is no air conditioning in my room. At the reception they said that the whole hotel doesnt have air conditioning just fans - which there were none as well. I should speak with the manager in the morning (saturday). The room was like 40 degrees celsius and no way to have normal sleep during night. In the morning with minimal sleep I did not find any manager, the reception told me i should send an email with my bank information for reimbursement and gave me a business card. I left the hotel 2 nights earlier because there was no way for me to have normal sleep. The reception knew about my leave as I have left the card there and it did not seem like they would mark it in whatever system they have on the pc. It was explained to me that I will be reimbursed for the remaining nights I have canceled. So after 4 days when noone was answering back I called the hotel and after they understood what I was looking for they started acting that it is a different hotel and I should call later. Of course later was noone answering. Such cheap tricks just to get the money without any responsibility...

Good communication with personnel. Clean.

I booked a room with AC, only to find out at arrival that the entire hotel does not have AC. During my stay we experienced daytime temperatures of 38°C. I'd like to get my money back.

Location very calm and beautiful

Not much restaurant options around and also taxi hiring cost a huge amount as location was little remote

Everything except the Wi-Fi, which I really needed to be decent.

The Wi-Fi is horrible and the mobile connection is also bad at that location, so I had no internet choices.

Big room with comfortable bed. Very good breakfast with lots of choice. They were flexible with check in which I really appreciated.

Took them a long time to answer the phone and reply to online message when I needed to change check in time. Room was very hot.

Comfortable beds,big rooms

There was not enough water pressure and you couldn’t have a bath without burning yourself.In one room there was coackroaches and the tv was a very old one .

Breakfast was good

There was a bad smell in the hotel after passing the reception until elevator. Th smell was every where.
