The negatives (im very picky but honest): -They responded well when i asked about the shuttle info, but they didnt tell me what the bus looks like, i almost missed it because i didnt realize the huge bus with small label was for me. -There was a broken light over the bed stand, didnt turn on. and a large lamp in the corner wasn't plugged in. -the bus times are not very convenient, the middle of the day when check out is at 12h, has no shuttles. I used Uber instead so i could check out at 12h. plus pick up from airport is free, but delivery to airport cost 8 euro per person.

Nice stay close to airport. -I asked the hotel about the free shuttle service from airport, and they sent me the meeting location at the airport, but didnt tell me what the bus looked like, its not a small shuttle bus, its a large full size bus, that serves 2 hotels, moxys and veinna easy. It says on the side of the bus the hotels. I got on and it was a short drive to the hotel. -Check in was fast but i was second off the bus, and there was a big line of people, so it might take a while to check in if you take the shuttle bus. I had to pay the 2 euro city tax at check in. -I was in room 437, on the 4th floor, top floor. The room was a decent hotel room with everything as expected. Nice bed, Tv, table and chairs, mini fridge, door separating bathroom and entrance way from the bedroom. there was a free bottle of sparkling water. big windows that open fully. -Location is good, there is 2 near by grocery stores, great to get food before a flight or breakfast, one is behind the hotel, you can get out the gate to the trail for faster walk. or walk around the block for 10 min. Its close to the airport, but not really walking distance. -I used Uber to get to the airport, it was only 16$ canadian around 13:00h, i think this is a low time for uber so prices are low. Hotel offers return shuttles at 8 euros each, but only at certain times, and not during the middle of the day (see times in picture).

Good hotel, good breakfast, ready rooms are not delivered to guests even if you leave an extra amount. They must adjust the check-in procedures. Also, the bed is very uncomfortable and the air conditioner is very miserable.

An industrial area, didnt find restaurants within walking distance so had to rely on hotel for food.

A good airport hotel, with bus running regularly. Very nice decor and nice lounge areas, and outdoor seating.In an industrial area so no restaurants nearby, but they had an excellent breakfast.

It’s really not very close to the airport. They don’t have their own shuttle service but a bus that picks up at different hotels every 45 minutes and costs to ride. It’s better to get an Uber.

The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked . Breakfast was also very good with three coffee machines.

It was a little warm when we visited, AC was just OK. Pool was nice but could have used a little cleaning around the water edge.

The food in the restaurant was below expectations. Originally my pasta, which was meant to be with asparagus as main ingredient of the sauce according to the menu, didn't contain any asparagus; only after my complaint they added a little.

The breakfast was okay, but not exceptional.

The AC didn't work properly. I tried 2 different rooms with the same results. Fortunately, it wasn't extremely hot, but I can only imagine this happening in midsummer. Didn't try the food so I can't rate it.

Very convenient location for a one-night stopover in Frankfurt. Comfortable, quiet, clean and the shuttle service is great. The coffee machine with different coffee options in the lobby is a plus I was worried about the noise being so close to the airport but magically I didn't hear anything!

The shuttle is a BIG bus , combined with several other hotels written on the back window. They didn’t mention this when I contacted them for times & location. It turned out ok, but I missed it for several hours.

Indoor Pool is extra 6Euros but good for exercise. Breakfast awesome, especially the musli.

The pillows were very uncomfortable. The beds were too squishy and not firm enough. The sauna didn’t work properly and warm up after trying for 30 minutes both days that we were there. the pool was much colder than I would’ve expected and a little bit dirty with stains on the pool bottom. I was disappointed to see how expensive overnight parking was so we ended up parking our car elsewhere for free which was very easy to do.

The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was good. The exercise room was nice.

Supermarket nearby, about a 10 min walk. Very modern and clean. Fridge was a good size and kept drinks and food cold well. We would use this hotel again. Short uber ride from the Frankfurt airport. It’s a bit far to walk from the airport, but a cheap uber ride did the trick. On arrival we found that they do have a shuttle bus available for about 9€ per person.
