We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Nice rooms with very comfortable beds and soft pillows. Nice view of the vineyard from our room. We also really enjoyed the 3-course meal we booked with our room.

GermanySmall rooms and not enough essentials ( shampoo, hangers, towels). Extremely strange that by check-out, the hotel refuses to give you a bill, saying that it would "send it by email", in other words, unless you insist to see your bill on the screen, you cannot verify, if all charges are correct until after the fact.
The hotel is located basically on the outskirts of a tiny town, therefore no traffic, fresh air, a lot of options for hiking. The rooms are very clean, at the same time very basic, don't expect any extras. Rooms are very small: we stayed at a "deluxe double"and could hardly move around. Breakfast is very good, selection - good, all is fresh. Lots of fruits, vegan food/drinks, all is quite generous. Dinner is also good, but definitely not "gourmet, as the hotel describes it.
