You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Smoking is allowed by the outdoor pool. Since the outdoor pool is surrounded by buildings, you can smell the smoke everywhere. The coffee machine in the room was provided by a brand that went out of sale already. It's not compatible with other systems. So you are not able to buy additional capsules.

Verified reviewWe liked that the hotel offered a family room which was spacious. The location was nice, not too far away from the motorway. The town centre was pretty.
Though the hotel appears to have a nice spa facilities it appears to be available for the guests on the day of the check in. We arrived at 20:30 and when inquired about the use of the pool the following morning we were told it would be st extra cost. The night cost us €276+ parking 🅿️ €10 + local tax, and at that price one would expect ro be able to use the pool before checkout at no extra cost. The room was comfortable and clean. Though cheaply refurbished. The bedsheets were nice but the duvet and pillow could be nicer .

Verified reviewI’ve been here many times. And it is a nice hotel.
This time my room seemed a little the worse for wear. The toilet leaked (after I’d reported it, someone from the “technical team” put a folded towel under it), and the bathroom floor was flooded after using the shower. Rooms are only cleaned every other day for “environmental reasons”. Which is wonderful if that’s really true. But if you then exchange all the towels, even those neatly hung on the rails, it really defeats the purpose. The complimentary toiletries I knew from other stays are gone except for the shower gel dispenser. The mattress was good but the pillows blankets, though clean, were somewhat lumpy. Having paid €144 per night for just the room, no breakfast, I felt a little underwhelmed.

Verified reviewActually it is very good 3 star hotel. We was not ussing SPA and breakfest, but room was very clean. The most worse are pillows. They are just very bad, and if you dont ask additional pillow, you will sleep practicaly without pillow. Also cofee machine was not operating, and second one, which we get also not. Because thay are capsule coffee machines, they must be cleande, but if it is not done, cofee not be possible to have.
