Room cleaner have used my perfume which they make it almost empty which was expensive , i didn't make complaint in reception so better advice for those who want to reserve this hotel . dont leave your personal things in room when you are going out for citywalk .

They needed 15euro per day for parking. The location is a dirty area full of every immigrant country shops and residents....if you have a car go to Dusseldorf it's nearby....

There is a nespresso machine in the room, but you have to buy the capsules. Why? Something I didn't expect from a so-called "4 star hotel!"

The staff was absolutely friendly. The quality of the room exceeded my expectations. The room itself was a little old, but it was very clean. The shower temperature was easy to adjust, and the bed was comfortable. I'll definitely come back!

Parking garage was very narrow for a medium sized car and 15 euros per night is quite expensive. The room was quite stuffy and warm, the airco didn't seem to be able to have enough power for a comfortable temperature. The breakfast ended at 10:30 but around 10:00 there was aeady a lot of food missing. Around 10:20 we often wanted to get another cup of coffee, only to discover that the coffee machine was already being cleaned and rolled out of the breakfast room. At 10:30 a lot of people were still enjoying their breakfast but the staff already came in with a couple of very loud vacuum cleaners.

Room was clean and comfortable overall. Good location next to the tram station. Shower was quite OK (although regulation of the temperature was tricky). No noise complaints (in the room at least).

The area around the hotel is full of drug addicts and looks really sad. It is pretty disturbing… we had three rooms booked in our name, and checking out for one of them just for two hours extra was not possible. It would mean a lot to us after a long day at the festival and before a long bus trip back, but the reception did not want to help us even when we asked to pay extra.

The rooms were great. Comfortable, large enough. Silent… with the view on garden. Air conditioning working well. Perfect to rest! Well connected to the city with transport, near shops and fast food places.

Gym is actually FitX and quite a walk away, so no real option in the morning. Breakfast mediocre. Staff is nice though. No fridge in the rooms and coffee tabs had to be bought extra - would be expected in a 4 star hotel.

Location facing the inner courtyard is very comfortable if you are a light sleeper. Double check the room category if you want to have a quiet room.

noise from music on street below the room until 2 a.m.; bathtub didn't drain well, about 5 cm of water in the entire bathtub soon after beginning shower and the morning staff didn't seem to think that was an issue that needed to be fixed.

it was cold at night in may and the a/c didn't heat up the room. there were some things on the wall looking like booger. there were a coffee machine but no capsules. tap water was either too hot or too cold. also no fridge in the room

Breakfast variety and wifi could be better.

The hotel is in the city center and easy to reach from the main train station. There was free water and tea/coffee in the room. It was also an advantage to have a safe box and a mini fridge in the room. The room and common areas were very clean. Since the hotel was available, they allowed me to check out late.
