Although some food was provided in the afternoon it wasn’t really good . On one occasion even ran out of food.The staff in the restaurant need training.

The extremely friendly and helpful reception staff Veronica is a huge asset for the hotel.

The beds could really be more comfortable, they're pretty hard.

The spa and the food was great! Overall we had a pretty good time and even enjoyed one of the fitness classes.

An exceptionally friendly and warm team at the Hotel welcomed us and looked after us during our stay. The breakfast was equally exceptionally in terms of spread and quality of the food. We were positively surprised that a light lunch buffet was included in the booking which was great, too. The facilities were great and we loved that every room comes with a tap for fresh mountain water.

There are lots of lovely hikes around the area and I wish that the staff were more knowledgeable about these. I said that the size of the room was small because that was the question, but it did not affect the quality of our stay at all. I LOVED the space. The tourism in the area is being negatively affected by instagram, but this hotel keeps you completely out of that fray.

Included in our stay was breakfast, lunch, and use of the spa facilities. Due to the language barrier and the inexperience of some guests with the appropriate use of spa facilities, I would recommend more communication about this.

The location was slightly removed from the downtown area, though still convenient.

This was the nicest, coziest hotel that I have ever stayed in. Breakfast and lunch buffet are included in the nightly fee. Staff was very friendly and helpful and hotel is in a wonderful location. A perfect destination in the winter.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Friendly staff, lovely food in the restaurant and an extensive choice at breakfast. The Fire Suite was spacious and spotlessly clean. Pleasant walk through the park to the train station for ascent of the Zugspitz. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable experience and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The breakfast was good but as it is considered to be a high standard hotel with high rates I would appreciate a bigger variety in the morning buffet. Also changing our sheets would be appreciated.

Beautiful property! Interesting and cool design! Delicious breakfast. LOVED the spa, and pool! There was a lot to do, and the resort was a beautiful stroll through the park to the town.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. Rooms on the park side are great. Rooms on the street side are noisy. Could use a better hair shampoo and conditioner. Not a fan of the bio soaps.

The hotel concept is casual yet chic. Location is excellent within 2 minute walk of central shopping.
