We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

No interaction with anyone, get a key from safe box, enter, stay, and leave! Functional kitchen, 2 bedrooms - comfortable for families. Swimming pool. Next to a supermarket, restaurants and cafes.

SwitzerlandJust found it strange that there really was not a person in sight for our entire stay. There were no room slippers and a few silverfish bugs on the wall.
Location of property was good for us as it was close to our friends place however, it’s a very rural location (we were happy with it). Although there was no staff getting the key was very easy. The room was clean and the bathroom as well. There are 2-3 dinning options and a bus stop right in-front of the property.

United KingdomCode didn't work. Phoned and was told rudely try again. Both myself and partner had tried many times. Lady arrived and types same code abd it worked. Something about using long fingernails to make it work! Inappropriate. The place was very unclean. Dirty plates and forks in the cupboards. Bin overflowing with previous persons waste. No plug for sink to wash dishes. Crumbs beside the table. Shower room had many bugs crawling around.
Size of apartment was appropriate for a couple.

GermanyThe cleaning services are a huge NO! I do not know what happened that day but everything was miserable. The bathroom was washed at it’s best with a bit of water. The toilet was not clean. The sink was sticky. Not even a corner was wiped for dust. Everything was just messy. The cups were never washed. The coffee machine was dirty. I am not even sure that the person cleaning has even turned on the vacuum cleaner in that room. At 12 in the midnight when we came back to the apartment it was just to late to do something because they do not have in house reception. If someone from the staff wants to see more pictures, I can provide more by email.
The bed was clean and the lady that i had talked to was very helpful and patient.
