I was bite by bugs from neck to feet and got bacterial infections. I've visited doctors two times and been taking medication for a week and have had two blood tests, and have to go to the doctor for the third time on Monday next week.

Cockroaches in the room, not clean No one answers the phone and they ignore E-Mails. DO NOT GO THERE

The beds were comfy.

The room was a little bit small, and there were no air conditioner so it was difficult to sleep in the hot night.

We rented 2 apartments. Both apartments were full of cockroaches. After informing the staff about this problem, they refused to talk to us and wanted to call the police on us.I've never experienced anything worse.

It does not have a manned reception, reception is unwelcoming, dark / unkept area. No vending machine, which is common in all hotels, no water bottle / tumbler on the room, lights were not working, lack of socket points and bedding and pillows were very uncomfortable to use. Hotel needs complete refurbishment.

I stayed at this property on May 12, 2025, but I was forced to leave after the first night due to the hygiene conditions. There was a severe bedbug infestation, and I was bitten multiple times. My entire body is covered in red bites that burn and itch. The mattress was dirty and stained, and the bathroom had visible mold and poor hygiene overall. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. I am still waiting for a full refund for the booking. The experience was extremely unpleasant and distressing, both physically and mentally.

Location

This hotel is horrible. We waited 50 minutes to check in after being told someone would be at the reception in 2 minutes. We checked in, got to the room, and at first it appeared ok. After being in the room for 15 minutes, we encountered 6 Roaches (bugs) and found dirt be the beds and a plumbing leak in the bathroom sink drain. The manager refused to speak with me about these concerns or issue a refund. We ended up having to find a room elsewhere and now have to dispute the charge with our credit card company as the hotel refuses to communicate. Stay away from this place! Don't use booking.com either. They will not refund the money, only give us 15% of the charge as credit for booking.com

Don’t know the parking tax but still 12 € to pay at the hotel to park on the street seems expansive. Because of the smell and bed sheets we didn’t succeed to rest as we plan. We don’t recommend it.
