The staff were welcoming and the check in / check out process could all be done online so was very easy. The room was bright and clean, the bed was large and comfortable which is all we really care about in a hotel. It was well located for an event we were attending and easy to access the centre of Hamburg. We found the hotel to be quiet as far as other residents, you can hear sirens on the main road which isn't a suprise as there's a hospital on the road behind the hotel.

It would have been great if there was somewhere to sit outside that wasn't part of the restaurant. There is no kettle in the room if you want a drink (we took our own) The breakfast was limited, so I wouldn't want to eat it every morning but it was fresh and tasty on the odd morning we did eat it.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! Everything was great, and the team was absolutely lovely—friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our visit. I especially appreciated the excellent location, which made getting around the city very easy, as well as the availability of free parking, which is a big plus. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we slept really well every night.✨❣️

I would suggest improving the breakfast arrangements at the hotel—perhaps by allowing guests the option to have breakfast in the restaurant downstairs. Additionally, we had trouble finding any ventilation in the room, which felt a bit small. Enhancing the ventilation system would definitely make the stay more comfortable.

The receptionist was kind and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the area is nice and calm with beautiful trees on the street and metro stations close by.

The hotel was beyond expectations. The room was much larger than I initially thought with nice high ceilings. Everything was pretty much modernized with a clean bed, chairs, desk, and bathroom facilities. The staff was very friendly. The location is just amazing: not touristy, walking distance from a street with hidden gems, and you can plan a short but lovely bike ride through iconic places on the way to the city center.

Everything was to my expectations and beyond. I am more than satisfied based on my needs and would definitely come back. I would recommend this for someone who doesn't mind bringing or rent a bike to get around, as Hamburg is one of the most bike-friendly cities I know so far.

The beds were incredibly comfortable - couldn't be any better! High quality furniture in the room. Very clean. Extremely friendly staff members! Very quite area and only a few minutes by foot to restaurants, shops and bars. Very close to the public transportation.

Nothing to complain about!

The room exceeds my expectation, it's even better than the pictures. I guess the hotel was rebuilt and redesigned as a hotel inside. They keep all the old interior as much as possible as I can see. The design and the colour tone of the room make me feel very calm and quiet. The combination of dark grey with solid wood furniture is so comfy. And what i see is the good quality of products in the room. My room was facing the backyard, I can hear light birds singing in the morning. I observed that in order to keep the old window frames, they put a mechanism to automate the arm of the frame. I can see that the interior designer had thought through about the whole thing. I specially requested a water kettle in the room and they didn't forget about it - which is good. Please keep the quality and standards.

Nice simple breakfast with nice freshly-baked croissants. Gentle and professional staff at the reception. Recommended.

It would be awesome if there shower was a bit larger, but who cares in the end! The bathroom was very clean.
