The room had everything, it was perfect in every way. It had a desk, a fridge, espresso machine, etc. Highly recommend!

Very friendly staff, they spoke English. The location was perfect for us as it’s it is on the number 7 road. There’s a restaurant and bar on site however we didn’t use these. The room was a great size, there was a safe and fridge. Room was clean and beds very comfortable. We had a great night’s sleep. Plenty of parking too.

There was no lift which was fine for us to carry our bags but just fur others to be aware.

Location , perfect stop on our way to Sweden. Spacious room, coffee maker.Free bottle of water, safe and mini fridge. Parking. Close to a lot of nice restaurants and supermarket. Good value for money.

Not much, maybe the lack of airconditioning and elevator. Be careful leaving the parking lot, cars drive fast.

Good amenities. Smooth and easy check-in also online if needed. Comfortable. Coffee machine and fridge in the room.

Location a bit far out. Double bed was two beds put together which moved apart. Some cobwebs

Large rooms, quiet area

We travelled with our dog. There were no elevator and dogs are not allowed in the breakfast area Staff didn’t speak English very well but were really helpful

Free car park and perfect location , clean room

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the coffee in the room was excellent. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

During my stay it was unusually hot in Hamburg and the room did not have air-conditioning. Unfortunately, the window faced a busy road, so when I opened it it was quite loud. I was also a bit disappointed that the restaurant closed at 04:00 pm on a Sunday, it would have been nice to have dinner there. Thankfully there are other restaurants close by.

A lovely, clean and well-maintained place. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location is very convenient for "road trip" kind of holidays as it has a Lidl nearby. The breakfast was good value for the money and it was free for our 10 year old which was nice. The restaurant food was fresh and tasty. Having free parking was also a plus so altogether a nice stay!

The hotel is right next to a main road, which can be noisy for some. With the windows closed, you could barely hear anything, but then again, we are not light sleepers. I would definitely go there again.

Everything we needed! Free parking, easy airport drive, immaculate, coffee machine in room (we left before breakfast), easy checkin and checkout, and very reasonably priced.

Doors to the building with the rooms were open, and since we didn't know about the neighborhood, that seemed less secure to me. it all was fine but locked doors would have been safer most likely.
