Almost nothing, to be honest. but a little inconvenience as we weren't given the warm welcome into the restaurant by the restaurant staff during breakfast buffets as he did with all other guests coming into the restaurant. But then we thought, maybe they r regular hotel guests thus the familiarity. Aside this, we enjoyed our one night stay in the facility and we definitely recommend .

Its a modest facility not luxurious. The staffs are always cheerful, happy and ready to help. They treat their guests as family members, so lovely. We were welcomed with 2 bottles of beer at the reception after check-in. The location was superb, easy access to public transportation and supermarkets. Car park is free. I enjoyed the view from my room so much. I kindly requested for a very late checkout which was granted to me at no extra cost, I felt like what??? It felt so unreal as many accommodation request for lil token. The price for breakfast buffet was honestly cheap compared to what we got. I thought at first, it will be very few breakfast options but exceeded my expectation.

There was no lift which was fine for us to carry our bags but just fur others to be aware.

Very friendly staff, they spoke English. The location was perfect for us as it’s it is on the number 7 road. There’s a restaurant and bar on site however we didn’t use these. The room was a great size, there was a safe and fridge. Room was clean and beds very comfortable. We had a great night’s sleep. Plenty of parking too.

Not much, maybe the lack of airconditioning and elevator. Be careful leaving the parking lot, cars drive fast.

Location , perfect stop on our way to Sweden. Spacious room, coffee maker.Free bottle of water, safe and mini fridge. Parking. Close to a lot of nice restaurants and supermarket. Good value for money.

During my stay it was unusually hot in Hamburg and the room did not have air-conditioning. Unfortunately, the window faced a busy road, so when I opened it it was quite loud. I was also a bit disappointed that the restaurant closed at 04:00 pm on a Sunday, it would have been nice to have dinner there. Thankfully there are other restaurants close by.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the coffee in the room was excellent. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

I think the separation of the room is a bit thin. My husband heard people talk from another room in the middle of the night.

For 80€ a night it's a really affordable price in Hamburg, I think normal price would be 104€, but I have a member discount from booking.com. The room is nice, simply clean, good for a short stay. They have also enough parking space. The location is easily reachable.

We arrived late after a dinner party, but it was easy to get in and find our rooms. Some of us enjoyed the very good breakfast the next morning, while others slept in. I was positively surprised that they charged breakfast only for those who ate it.

Two bed halves in a double bed room were not tied together and were moving so easily I nearly fell down on the floor in between them. No wi-fi in the room. The room coffee machine was not functioning.

Cosy warm room, free insured parking right besides the hotel, good public transport connection to the city center (bus number 5).

We’ve been arranged to stay at a room on 2/F with slanted ceiling. I have bumped my head into the slanted ceiling several times even I am not tall. One of the iron boards were not functional. Direct bus to Hamburg central station: takes about 45 mins. If transit via U-Bahn, it will be 10 mins faster.

Clean and tidy. Decent cosy hotel. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Quiet location. 5 mins walking distance to bus stop.

There was no airconditioner in my room, which would have been nice on warm days. Only flat, very soft pillows. I booked my room to their other hotel which is opposite of this one, but at the front desk they sent me to the Business and More. They said it’s even nicer and modern. Which was probably true but a bit confusing how they make the reservations.

The hotel is far from the city center so it’s quiet, surrounded by family houses, grocery stores. Confy bed, clean bathroom.
