Already the second holiday here, we really liked everything. Good location, nice staff.

The evening menu was the same as previous years. It could do with change. Lighter meals would be good. Just a suggestion. A fan in the room or air con would be good.

Staff are helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and clean with a good view. Secure parking. Breakfast was exceptional. The swimming pool is excellent, as is the garden.

Great service, friendly and helpful staff, recently recommended rooms with nice modern Alpine style deco, excellent breakfast available already at 7:00am, delicious dinners either inside the restaurant or on the terrace.

The apartment is a bit outdated, can use some remodeling, but still good value.

Very friendly staff, tasty breakfast with great selection. Central in town. Ample apartment, comfy beds, and quality linen. Nice balcony.

Nothing it was great.

The suites are old style and still have radios in the wall. Breakfast buffet is really good with good variety in both hot and cold foods with fresh juice. Cool selection of teas and overall very welcoming

The amenities could be better for this price point - e.g. hair conditioner instead of an all-in-one shampoo/ wash, an iron (not just suggesting we pay for dry cleaning in the town when we just wanted to iron a couple of shirts ourselves), and being able to control the room temperature better (we were overheating through the night) .

Very welcoming and helpful staff. The breakfast selection was good and plentiful. We loved using the pool and spa. Wish we had more time to explore the area.

There was absolutely nothing that we didn,t like…. Ooh, maybe the fact that we couldn,t stay another week.

Hotel Zur Post is amazing. Best ever..and we,ve certainly travelled a lot. It,s our 2nd running and we stayed a week. The management….breakfast, bar, evening, reception staff all so professional. Simply perfect. Everyone all smiley ….and friendly. So lovely to have on your week away from England. Very central to everything, ie. ski lifts, walks, ice rink, swimming pool, shops…most on your doorstep. Parking was FREE at the hotel. Can,t wait to go again ..January 2025.

Modern and exceptionally clean. Friendly helpful team throughout the hotel, who made us feel very welcome, ideal location and whilst it was lively during the day and evening our nights there were very quiet and peaceful. Best stay I’ve had in Ruhpolding so far. Would highly recommend and will definitely return.

Food in the restaurant could be slightly better. Breakfast very tasty. No airconditioning, or it did't work.

The interior has it's own charme, but it definetely had another target group than us. The furniture looked rather traditional and reminded me of visiting my grandparents. The view was a bit blocked by many neighboring houses.

The location was perfect and we had a great view from the balcony. The apartment was really big for two persons. The building had an elevator and the bathroom was quite big (with bath tub and shower), which makes it also a good room for people with disabilities.

Breakfast was included and was terrific. By the way the entry on Booking.com said to e room had a double bed. It turns out that this was not an American double bed (which is barely big enough for two) but two twin beds pushed together and so more like a king. The staff were really friendly.

Pillows !!! Pillows !!! Pillows !!! ridiculous things that collapsed like candy floss when you put your head on them, never experienced anything like it.

Very nice breakfast, lovely apartment, old fashioned but it had charm. Lovely location.

There wasn,t anything at all….that we didn,t like. It was PERFECT. X

Breakfast was more than acceptable…big variety. Location - excellent. With a little gravel there are plenty of things to do and see. The staff ..from reception to the ladies who looked after our room each day ..were so lovely…so efficient. Pleasant and friendly every day for the 7 days we were there. We ate at the restaurant every night….and wow, what a variety. More than enough to choose from. The waiters….full of personality..and wit. Good fun. A wonderful place to stay…we,ll certainly be back …do have our Junior Suite again. Thanks to the management …thanks to everyone. X

There was a traffic jam at the coffee machine in the morning. I didn’t enjoy the huge down square pillows on our bed. I just like regular sized rectangular pillows for sleeping. During the Perchten parade, the hotel parking lot was full of parade visitors and didn’t have room for paying hotel guests.

We loved the wide variety of breakfast options. The location was quiet but also right in the heart of town. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was large and comfortable. We had a one bedroom flat across the street from the main building. Parking was not an issue.
