staff were shizer

Liked the courteous and polite behaviour of staff especially Christian who is jovial and helpful. He waited for me even after his shift got over so i could check in and wont have any problem. I would highly recommend this property.

I had an upper room with unusual construction and configuration, but I thought is was fine. I couldn't get the air conditioning to work, so I opened the screened windows and was quite comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding, both in atmosphere with lovely table settings, and with a wide, deliciously prepared, selection of food and beverages.

The lighting was poor, both overhead, and the desk, which I would check out next time, the other rooms may be fine.

The room was lovely and quite large for a hotel room. The tv being mounted on a swivel meant we could enjoy it from our bed or from the couch, which was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast has a stellar selection of goodies, teas and coffee, it was delicious. We had a great view of a little plaza with a water fountain from our room, and overall the area was nice and quiet while still feeling lived in. There was also an elevator for accesibility, which is always great. The hotel being not even 5 minutes from the train station and lake access only added to the experience and made it easy to go places from there.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Spacious room for 3 people and very good breakfast. Free parking and bicycle storage available. TThe hotel is close to the centre, close to the train station but not disturbing. It is close to the lake shore and the tourist zone. So if there's an event or a concert... you're just not alone by the forest. :)
