The pillow is bad and the thin blanket is for single and small. It was so hard to arrange it and sleep; and there is no desk to work. I was alone, however since you have to wash your hands-face in the middle of the room, your roommate may be disturbed.

Hotel is in the heart of Copenhagen. When you walking in the city center, you can always see Hotel:) The room is big having its small garden. Decoration is good. Staff is very kind and helpful. I didn't take breakfast so I have no opinion. However, I could get free coffee in the mornings.

Very fun atmosphere, but truth be told it felt a bit portentous after a while, like walking into a movie set which is a fantastic experience but when you start interacting with the props you realise its fake (like the typewriters in the lobby - very disappointing they didn't work)

The AC did not work at all, both nights in the first room. I barely slept, it was too hot. The staff did nothing to fix it. Sent a cleaner, not even a technician. I only booked this hotel because of the AC. The last 2 nights were a separate booking, room 113 and the AC worked very well. It was a garden room, beautiful sitting area surrounded by garden but it was overgrown, an old towel from a previous guest was hanging off a chair, not impressed. The room itself I'd recommend, although see through shower lacks privacy. The lack AC and responsiveness of the staff was underwhelming. Also to not clean the rooms is cheap from the owners, don't say sustainability is the reason. Garbage accumulates, beds unmade, for the price of the hotel, you should clean the rooms, not make us ask. And all you can drink mini bar is 1 sparkling water, 2 odd snacks, and 1 beer. You have to ask for more, why not simply stock more in the fridge, and add wine.

Location is spectacular, truly walking distance to everything you want to see in Copenhagen but bit of construction in front, not appealing. Quirky decor is inviting and fun. Front entrance bar area is a lovely room. Restaurant staff were very helpful when asking for plate or cutlery. The location of this hotel is its strongest point. Also, very quiet considering you're in the center of town.

The rooms were pretty pokey. The breakfast was expensive and I've seen much better buffets.

The hotel design inside was fabulous. The shared public spaces were unique. The cental bar as you enter is so different to just hitting a reception when you walk in. You were guided through the hotel before check in (which I liked) The staff were super accomodating. Fabulous Location The bed was comfortable and shower really good!

The hotel is located just around the corner from Købmagergade, one of the city’s busiest shopping streets, and perfectly placed between the Round Tower and Strøget, Copenhagen’s famous pedestrian avenue. Top attractions like Rosenborg Castle, Nyhavn, Tivoli Gardens, Kongens Nytorv, and many more are easily reachable on foot. I really enjoyed my stay here – the hotel is very original in its design and radiates a sense of coziness, comfort, and warmth that the Danes would probably call “hygge.” The breakfast was excellent – not your standard, boring buffet, but rather a high-quality and carefully curated selection. The staff, both in the restaurant and at the hotel, were friendly and attentive throughout my stay.
