How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Not really a "hotel" - more like an "apartment hotel". It was fine. My room - Unit 6 - was through an unmarked door so it was difficult to find.
Clean, relatively inexpensive, central.

Our studio was on the ground floor so we could hear some street noises, but it was not a big deal. (The neighborhood is very peaceful / quiet, so the stay was overall quiet and definitely within expectations.)
Convenient location, very easy check-in/check-out. Simple stay, had everything we needed. Love that there was a kitchen with plates, bowls, utensils, and fridge (also pots and pans to cook with, though we did not use them).

No elevator, good to notice if traveling with a lot of luggage. Our apartment was on second floor, but the intructions said it ciuld even be the 5th. Parking was quite expensive around the area, and that was the only option offered. The apartment was in need of a deep clean, althougt it was quite OK on the surface level. The bathroom was really small, and had a bit of a smell.
Great location, cozy and peaceful neighbourhood. Walking distance to nice parks. There were a few bakeries and a grocery store just across the street. Nice sized rooms and a small kitchenette were just what we needed for a short stay. Beds were really nice. Rooms had a lot of light. The location was easy to find and the instructions for the access were great.

1 - I couldn’t get the stove top to work. It’s Complicated and no directions available 2 - The apartment is right on the street . It’s noisy. 3 - It was hot.

It was rather hot and you couldn’t open the window at the front of the room. But this was a minor issue.
The studio was spacious and clean and reasonably well-equipped with dishes etc. Great location in a residential district with easy access to the centre. Good grocery store and small bakery nearby.

This was a great place to explore the city - fantastic location! Quiet, comfortable, clean, and very affordable in comparison with most other places here. Small kitchen, which was useful. Great water pressure and hot water. Nice and light. Definitely would stay again.

We stayed in the 5th floor and I was concerned regarding some bad reviews but it really is a clean and lovely little place. You have to walk up to the 5th floor but it is a big stairwell. Really nothing bad to say
Very bright room. Small but totally fine for two people. Cozy little window with views around the area to enjoy the last glass of wine of the day. Located a bit outside of the tourist area in a lovely neighborhood with good working or biking distance to the water and city centre. We loved it there

First room was not so good but after first night they moved me to another room, that was perfect. I really recommend you to make more clear that the room that is saying: "economic, with no elevator", is in the street level and without backout cortines.
Location is perfect , not so far from the city center in a very nice area. Staff is very proactive and quickly help me to change for another room since the first room was not what i expected.

There is a lack of a microwave, at least in the common area. But we understand that it would create extra noise. It is very light in the morning. There is standing water from the shower in the bathroom, we have to constantly clean it ourselves.
the hotel is located in a quiet respectable area, 10 minutes walk from the metro and lakes. in 20 minutes you can walk to the harbor and the famous Little Mermaid. comfort corresponds to a basic two-star hotel. everything is modest, but clean. in the room there is a kettle and a refrigerator. on the floor in the common area you can find tea, coffee, sugar, dishes, cutlery. opposite the hotel there are two bakeries and a grocery store, open until 22.

There was no washing machine , despite property description stating laundry access. As a family of 6 adults we struggled with the single bathroom/ toilet.
Good size bedrooms and living area. Well equipped kitchen . Nice and warm . Easy check- in instructions and close to several mini marts which was super helpful for a late afternoon checkin.

Some furniture pieces were slightly old and squeaking. A pair of complementary slippers would have been welcomed.
Clean room, equipped with everything necessary and very spacious. Perfect for a bidget short stay in Copenhagen. It's my second time staying here and I really enjoyed it. Great location, metro station 7 mins of walking away, quiet area and with a cool bakery nearby.

There is no elevator and room was on 5th floor. This is mentioned though very clearly when you book it so that you know what you are getting in advance. If you are young and don't have too much luggage it is ok.
Good location and price. Entirely automatic checking and checkout process so that yu can come at any time. Room is good size for 2 people and it was warm and clean.
