    Clean, relatively inexpensive, central.

Not really a "hotel" - more like an "apartment hotel". It was fine. My room - Unit 6 - was through an unmarked door so it was difficult to find.

The room is small and quite basic but well-equipped. The location is good, there are two bakeries nearby and a little supermarket.

The soundproofing is poor and you hear a lot of plumbing noises etc from adjacent apartments. The Venetian blinds are fiddly and don’t do a good job of keeping out the light. These two things made it difficult to sleep even though the mattress itself is quite comfortable.

Convenient location, very easy check-in/check-out. Simple stay, had everything we needed. Love that there was a kitchen with plates, bowls, utensils, and fridge (also pots and pans to cook with, though we did not use them).

Our studio was on the ground floor so we could hear some street noises, but it was not a big deal. (The neighborhood is very peaceful / quiet, so the stay was overall quiet and definitely within expectations.)

Great location, cozy and peaceful neighbourhood. Walking distance to nice parks. There were a few bakeries and a grocery store just across the street. Nice sized rooms and a small kitchenette were just what we needed for a short stay. Beds were really nice. Rooms had a lot of light. The location was easy to find and the instructions for the access were great.

No elevator, good to notice if traveling with a lot of luggage. Our apartment was on second floor, but the intructions said it ciuld even be the 5th. Parking was quite expensive around the area, and that was the only option offered. The apartment was in need of a deep clean, althougt it was quite OK on the surface level. The bathroom was really small, and had a bit of a smell.

It was clean and had all the necessary kitchen equipment.

1 - I couldn’t get the stove top to work. It’s Complicated and no directions available 2 - The apartment is right on the street . It’s noisy. 3 - It was hot.

Good location Good Breakfast Voucher for the shop across the road. Plenty of food options nearby. Close to the Train and Metro

The room was quite small and poky. Had to climb 5 flights of stairs to get to the room - which we knew at time of booking......but it was tough! Tea/Coffee etc was not always available in the foyer. No fridge in the room

Lovely spacious and clean two bedded apartment on the ground floor. Good size bedrooms, especially the main one, large comfortable living room incorporating a dining table. Kitchen has all the expected appliances and is very well equipped. Bathroom a good size, nice shower. Close to bus routes and metro and the centre of the city. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would rent again if returning to Copenhagen.

Being on the ground floor with big windows onto the street, felt exposed. However, there are blinds on all the windows and windows are well sound proofed.

A small, modest room in a good location, although not right in the city center—just a 10-minute walk from Østerport Station. It’s on the 5th floor, and there’s no elevator, so quite a few stairs to climb.

    Good location in nice area.

We needed to clean it when we got there. Noisy being in the ground floor next to the main door. It banged each time it closed.

The studio was spacious and clean and reasonably well-equipped with dishes etc. Great location in a residential district with easy access to the centre. Good grocery store and small bakery nearby.

It was rather hot and you couldn’t open the window at the front of the room. But this was a minor issue.

The location was good and I liked that there were 2 bedrooms.

hotel forgot to leave keys at reception, reception closes an hour before the check-in time, so I waited an hour on street with my bags. Rooms were sparse, wires showing, cheap battered furniture. Not worth the $$$!

    Clean and comfortable.

I was inside when another resident from a different apartment entered. His key opened my door. This is a huge security risk and I urge you to address it.

A nice bright room and comfortable bed.. probably won’t stay again, because of the 5 flights of stairs

The low pressure of the water in the shower.
