Clean and very comfortable...and felt the hygge. Bikes available for use that were in good working condition. Very close (3 min walk) to beach with swimming area. Also on the gentle path of a beautiful/shore side hike where about a little over 1 mile east is another bigger beach that was quite lovely. Short walk (5-7 min) into town/harbor center. Shorter bike ride. Very friendly staff-everyone with warm and accommodating smiles. The breakfast and space where it is served is relaxing and the breakfast is perfect, you can tell all the bread comes from a bakery fresh that morning.

The location was perfect, parking was easy and close, the staff was beyond kind and helpful, the room was cozy and extremely clean and breakfast was amazing. The staff went out of their way to go to a bakery and get gluten free breads and pastries to accommodate my gluten allergy. The staff went above and beyond to create the best experience for my family in every aspect. It was truly a wonderful stay.

A Wonderful Stay on Bornholm! Our stay at Allinge Badehotel was absolutely fantastic. The location is a dream – right next to a beautiful sandy beach in a quiet, peaceful area, perfect for relaxing and taking long walks. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable – every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The food was a real highlight – breakfasts were fresh, delicious, and offered a great selection of local products. You could really feel the warm, homely atmosphere with every meal. The biggest highlight, however, was the owners – incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. They create such a warm and personal vibe that makes you feel right at home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, beautifully located hotel with heart!

The property was beautiful, decorated with style and authenticity. The breakfast was delicious. It was next to the beach. I want to thank the manager who treats the property with all the love it deserves.

Some guests came with kids while they had been explained and warned by the hotel team, that the place is not meant for kids at all: it was a disrespect to the other guests and to the team fo the hotel. So nothing that the hotel could have done about it, they actually handled it with grace, but it was a pain for everybody else.

This is an absolutely gem of a hotel and the team led by Mie is delightful. There are very few hotel nowadays who mange to convey like they do the feeling of being received like a friend in a beautiful elegant yet homey environment. The location is fabulous and the building and rooms full of charm and calm: the place is so nice that guests are relaxed and careful with one another. Every detail is meant to be respectful of the nature and the history of the house and it is very cleverly and caringly done. Finally Mie the GM goes totally out of her way to help you, she is incredibly dedicated and caring which contributes to make your stay memorable and unique: thanks to her and her team!

The only thing I didn’t like was the rough river rock courtyard. Pretty and original, but somewhat treacherous. I wish there was a hot water kettle in the room to make coffee or tea, breakfast was at eight, late for my husband.

Stunning location right on the water with a roomy lawn area to relax in with Adirondack style chairs. The proprietors Mia and Gabriel are so warm and friendly, and are always available. She did a load of laundry for me as a favor. Very nice since there’s no laundromat on Bornholm. The courtyard chairs are comfy to relax in and take in some sun. Hollyhocks grow out of the cobblestone courtyard, like a storybook scene! The hotel is a short walking distance from the Allinge Røgeri restaurant, which is right on the water, and the rest of charming Allinge. It is in the tradition of Badehotel, places Danes go to swim in the sea.

TINY things: - the coffee could be stronger :) (personal preference) - there are a few stairs that can be a challenge for seniors or disabled people.

This was nothing less than a perfect stay! Mie and Gabriel are absolutely amazing hosts, nothing less! Always smiling and with a happy face, and willing to go the extra mile to make your stay memorable. They truly love what they are doing, and that passion shows in everything they do. Allinge Badehotel is perfectly located in walking distance to everything in Allinge, and placed right at the seaside you cannot ask for a better location! Easy parking nearby. The old buildings are tastefully restored, and it's like going back in time, but with all the amenities and luxury you can imagine. It was so hard to leave this place after ended holiday - but we will definitely b back in the future!

The setting was idyllic, with the sea a few short steps from our room, the view of sunrise from our bed unsurpassed and even a pair of swans nestling in the rocks that kept us mesmerized. Serene, peaceful, restorative!

To start, Bornholm is a literal fairytale.. it is truly a magical place. This hotel only made our experience more magical, with Mia being the most accommodating and wonderful host. Mia showed us around the grounds and even made us a croissant to go when we had an early flight the next morning. The surrounding area is absolutely stunning, as is the beach and rugged coastline. I wish we had more time at this hotel, we definitely hope to return someday!

Nothing. It was an amazing stay!

Allinge Badehotel was in the most stunning location! The rooms were beautifully decorated, comfortable, and with wonderful amenities. Being able to hear the ocean, sit outside on our bench, and walk along the path were truly spectacular. The breakfast was delicious as well. Mei was so kind and helpful. We took the bikes out and had the most wonderful time exploring the town.
