Hot summer's day so we had windows open wide. The air didn't circulate particularly well. Quite warm / slightly stuffy on the top bunk. (Family room of 4) But surprisingly comfortable bunk bed. With the windows open, the sound of the trams throughout the night and early morning was surprisingly loud. Something to be aware of for light sleepers.

Comfortable beds. Clean. Breakfast buffet was excellent - huge choice. Comfortable lounge area with free coffee/hot choc facility. There were free snacks available alongside - small pots of crisps, pretzels sticks and squares of carrot cake but those had run out when we returned in the evening.

Parking is shared with adjacent hotel thus limiting already available few spaces... and its on a first come first serve basis ... 3 parking places have charging possibilities however anyone can park .... The bathroom is small and the ventilation is minimal Lighting in the room can be improved.

Horrible beds (hard) Bathroom unpractical (wet floor everywhere if you us the shower) No available parking at the hotel: it must be 10 places total they have, cost me 30€ to park in a nearby parking lot for one night

Free parking means about 12 places, and "First come first serve" is the principle, so there's a great chance that you have to go to nearby parking place for plus money. The bathroom is a bit too small and the ventilator does nothing.

The location is great. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast has many choices and is very delicious. Bed is comfortable.

There is very limited parking space for a hotel of this size - it is always a lottery whether you are able to get a place or not by the hotel. Alternative parking is very expensive. There is no fridge in the room.

Location of the hotel is good, 10-15 minutes walk to the downtown. Pretty quite location with low traffic. Room: it has enough space for 3 persons stay for 1-2 days. Nice breakfast.

The car park is small so I had to use a public car park down the street.

The hotel was centrally located for shops and restaurants. It was a basic, comfortable hotel for a night.

The blinds in the room where smaller than the window and there curtains around it where useless so was not ideal in a danish summer with short dark periods

Breakfast was excellent and loved the free cakes and ice cream from 2 to 5. Free gift for dog a lovely idea. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice short walk into centre.

Our room had a tiny bathroom which got water all over the floor from the shower. Would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room

It was quite noisy. There were some building works outside. Also, a constant noise from the ventilation system. The unit was right next to my window. That was pretty annoying as it carried on through the night.

the drain in the shower was a bit clogged so water flooded in the bathroom while we were taking a shower :(

Breakfast was fine, various kinds of cheese, bread, jam and vegetables. The room was okay, beds were kind of comfortable, a bit too bouncy for me :D

The blinds don’t cover the windows properly and block out all the light which makes it difficult to sleep since it doesn’t get dark in June. No basic facilities in the room, kettle, tea, coffee or mini fridge. No air conditioning so room was a bit hot.

Very close to central train station and attractions. Spacious room and clean. Comfortable bed.

The hotels very small parking lot is very cramped. But we managed to find a spot in the street. Can recommend parking lot "Vinden" 200 meters south of hotel - we registered using EasyPark. Parking was free from Saturday to Sunday - maybe more.

Room was pretty spacious for a normal double room. Nice and clean. Great breakfast - an even already from 7 AM - nice !

Room was good but there was 2 joined single beds which all the time was moving. Bathroom was terrible because there was mold on the walls and the shower was open so the water was on whole floor.

I liked that there was 24/7 working coffee machine and afternoon cake and snacks. Breakfast was okay, but not much options. Staff was very friendly.

EV chargers were occupied by cars that were not charging and the hotel staff was not helping to contact the car owners.

Toilet was not clean! Parking was not available and I had to pay extra for a parking slot. Not charging slot was available for the Electric call and that is not even free for the customers that is not mentioned in the app.
