We are, however, very sorry to learn that our breakfast did not meet your expectations, and that you felt it was not good value for the price. Our breakfast offering is designed to feature a wide selection of fresh, high-quality products, but we understand that it may not have aligned with your preferences. Regarding coffee beverages such as lattes and cappuccinos, these are indeed offered at an additional cost, and we regret if this was not made clear in advance. You’re right – our hotel is part of a shared space with the restaurant downstairs. For some guests, it’s a favourite feature because of the lively atmosphere and easy access to good food, but we completely understand it can also mean a bit more bustle, aromas, and background noise than you’d like. We’ll certainly pass your comments about the room and bathroom to our team, as your feedback helps us see where we can improve. We are so delighted to hear that you had such a pleasant stay and appreciated the upgrade to a larger room, our signature breakfast, and our great location near the city center. We also appreciate your comments regarding the fan being a bit noisy. While it is rarely very hot at night in Copenhagen, we do provide fans for added comfort during warmer periods, and we will definitely look into finding a quieter solution. We are also very pleased to know that you found our staff to be friendly and welcoming. We are sorry to hear that you found our breakfast to be expensive. The price reflects our commitment to using all-organic produce and the many items we carefully prepare in-house. You are absolutely right that we have the renowned Skagen Fiskerestaurant on-site. While it may not suit everyone’s taste, we are fortunate to be located near a wide variety of excellent restaurants, all within walking distance. We would also like to mention that while our main lounge is not very large, the hotel offers several cozy and comfortable seating areas throughout the property, providing plenty of options to relax or unwind.
