Fantastic location in the middle of idyllic, beautiful Fyn. Great basecamp for exploring that part of Danmark.

It was a very hot night, and that was a bit difficult to manage, as there was no AC, and the windows lacked mosquito net curtains.

The staff are always friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and quiet and the breakfast was superb. I also like the peaceful surroundings.

The curtains are a bit light

Beautiful location near a small pond in the old town Brobyværk. Very freindly staff and overall a very authentic "kro-hotel" experience in the middle of the countryside of fyn. Comfortable beds and very quiet at night. Cute little private terressa with chairs and a table.

The room was neither cosy, cute or nice. For the price i paid, i definitely expected more. The room had a slight aftershave odor, while the very dark bathroom had more of a moldy smell to it. The room was quite depressing.. just walls, a bed and a chair. Felt more like a hostel than a hotel. The breakfast was very simple with some paistry, some yoghurt, cheese, ham, boiled eggs, juice and filter coffee.

The location is really good. There’s not much on offer in this area so it’s quite explainable why the hotel and restaurant are so popular. Do ask for the larger rooms with the sofas as you will need that.

We were crammed in the smallest room with a seventies bathroom that had a hole in the wall for ventilation. The whole room smelled like sewage. It wasn’t cleaned daily, cups weren’t replaced so we had to drink out if the same cups for 3 days.

Very quiet and relaxing place. The staff is very friendly. Bed was comfy. Really great stay overall.

I expected to get some warm food to eat at the breakfast, but the only warm food was boilded eggs. Relatively small choice, minimalistic breakfast.

Despite the miserable surroundings in the town, overall the hotel was quite good. Comfy and very clean rooms. The ones with garden view are significantly more pleasant than those facing inwards the hotel.

Booking a stay at a "Kgl. Priviligeret Kro", you might expect the restaurant to serve traditional danish dishes. However, the selections were few, and rather exotic/expensive -- but, of course, very delicious.

Good location and a beautiful little village near Egeskov Castle. Very friendly staff. Delicious breakfast, freshly baked croissants and rolls. The room has a beautiful view of nature and the river. I warmly recommend this lovely and cozy guest house.

    Beautiful quaint country inn

Would have been nice if the tea and coffee and cups were replenished daily.

Great breakfast, great dinner, super friendly people. everything done with care. nice room, comfortable,

the only thing I would improve is to replace the shower curtain with a glass door in the bathroom.
