Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

PolandFirst of all: no dedicated parking. With the prices in Copenhagen being high overall, leaving your car next to the hotel costs around 600DKK/day, which is a lot, especially if you stay for a longer time. Even leaving the car outside of the Parking Areas will cost you fine, as you cannot stay there for more that 24hrs. Best to leave the car outside the city if you plan a longer stay - lesson learned. Secondly: I have a mixed feelings about the one sink to support sanitary and daily tasks in the room. Looks fancy, but it's actually pretty annoying
Delicious and rich breakfast - one of the best I've had. Hats off to the person designing the interior of the hotel - it really looks amazing, there is a strong emphasys on plants and comfortable seats, many colours etc. Location is also great for people who travel with pet or need a break from urban landscape - the park that sits right next to the hotel makes you think you traveled to the countryside somewhere far beyond city center. On top of that is really well communicated with the rest of the town, and close to the airport.

CanadaI am a middle aged, post menopausal woman - so the lack of air conditioing did become an issue when we visited as Copenhagen was experiencing a "heat wave" of 24-26C temperatures. The high ceiling and fan in the room helped to cool the room somewhat, but the temperature was still much higher than I am used to and hence I did not sleep well all 3 nights that I stayed here.
Fun and quirky hotel - quiet, almost residential neighbourhood. The restaurant was lovely, had a wonderful dinner one evening, enjoyed delicious drinks from the bar another night. The pool area was fantastic as well. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this unique hotel.

PolandOne little thing to consider (which did not change our experience at all!) - would be great to have a free access to towels in the swimming pool and sauna area, as you either need to use the bath towels from the room or ask at the reception. I'm sure you'd be able successful in influencing guests not to overuse them, to keep the sustainability actions in place, still that would change the comfort;
Great location, in calm beautiful district, great design, very cosy and comfortable room and bed, tasty breakfast (great choice, still you can feel and experience sustainably mindful way of serving it), we loved the swimming pool and sauna area (what an experience to enjoy an outside pool in this industrial city surroundings), staff was very helpful and friendly. Truly great experience to stay with you - thank you!

Helpful staff, lovely comfy bed and quality bedding, art work, free tea and coffee station on the landing area. Sauna, pool and steam room in the courtyard garden. It was just what I needed for a short break and it’s a quiet area with good access to the metro so just a few stops and your in the city centre and also convenient for the airport.

United KingdomThe bed was made every day, but nothing else was cleaned. I wanted them to at least vacuum...
What a delight! A charming small hotel, I loved the Balinese decor - just fabulous. It was close to the metro so easy to get around and to the conference centre.

IrelandIt wasn't cheap, but because of the level of service, and no unexpected costs, I knew in advance
Breakfast was totally delicious but expensive, maybe that is just Copenhagen, but it did keep me going for the day!

IcelandWe loved staying at this hotel. All the beautiful design everywhere and our room surprised us with the unconventional layout of the room and more beautiful design. My favorite was the gym with wooden fitness equipment, it was so unique and it inspired me to do my workout there both mornings. The breakfast was excellent.

United KingdomIt would have been nice to have expresso / latte included in price of breakfast - usually it is at this price. Also, it didn't match eco credentials to have disposable rather than actual cups for the room. I used the glass instead but was scared it would crack...
Stylish hotel with a wonderful pool. Very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms. Good breakfast; I liked the eco values. Good connections to city centre.

United KingdomNothing it was a very pleasant hotel to stay in with areas to chill out.
This hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the Metro so very easy to get to and from the centre, if you wanted to walk its about 25 minutes. The staff are very helpful and breakfast was very nice although our cocktails seem to lack continuity so perhaps more effort in this area is needed. The pool is very nice although we ended up sunbathing as we couldn't get near with children having fun but this wasn't a problem for us. Our bedroom was a lovely size although not enough room around the sink area for the ladies. Bedroom with the lights on was very dark, but we had the best nights sleep for the six nights we were there.

United KingdomYou could not fill the sink in the room as the design meant there was no way to fill it and no plug. This is a shame as a wash, rather than a shower can be an option to freshen up! Saves water as well.
Breakfast was varied and great. Lots of choice.

CanadaCrowded courtyard and pool, can't be helped.
Easy access to shopping / city center of Copenhagen (across the bridge). Courtyard and pool area is fantastic, but very busy (understandably so). Quiet residential area that we appreciated, yet close walking distance to the "city hub". Very cool industrial decor that was unique and interesting. Staff are super friendly.

United KingdomCould get a little stuffy even with the fan going in the room and the door to the balcony could do with a latch so it could be secured in the open position. That’s the only criticism though.
