Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

NetherlandsRoom was quite cramped, I bumped my head a couple of times getting in and out of bed. The bathroom is very small with the shower curtain not really preventing the entire floor and toilet getting wet. It was quite warm in the warm and no airconditioning, but luckily I could get a small fan when I asked for one.
Central location, staff was very friendly and forward-thinking and willing to accommodate several things I asked (more teabags and a fan for the room).

United StatesJust the six of the room, but we opted for this hotel regardless.
We’ve stayed at another Cabinn with the same experience. The rooms and bath are tiny especially for two people with suitcases. But the hotel is much less expensive than most anything else besides a hostel, so worked for us, a retired couple. The staff were great, the bed very good, the location perfect near everything and the room was quiet after we requested a change. The first room was in the path of breakfast goers and would have been noisy in the AM. The room was fairly well soundproofed. And there was a tea/ coffee maker in the room.

NorwayThe only thing disappointing was WiFi. The connection was weak and constantly breaking. I am not sure if my room was the only suffering from it, but in the lobby, WiFi worked fine.
This was my second time visiting Aarhus, and the second time I stayed in Cabinn. The room was cozy and quite comfortable for a single traveler. The location is great - right in front of the Cathedral. There are plenty of cafés and restaurants around.

DenmarkThe hallways have no ventilation whatsoever. The room lacks space to store the luggage. I would exchange the desk for a small bench or a bigger compartment.
Good, friendly and efficient staff. Great location. For two adults that only need a place to sleep and maybe breakfast, it is perfect. The breakfast was good. Not exceptional, but you had everything you might need.
