The sheets had some holes in them - looks like they were not so much torn as worn through.

Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choices and great pastries. There were enough things that could be considered vegetarian or vegan. Espresso drinks were especially good. The ginger shots and the green juice were nice additions. The room was clean and up to the usual standards.

Not a major dislike but getting in and out of the bed from the end was strange Breakfast was ok had real orange juice but somewhat limited in the eating area

The bathroom lacks "privacy" somewhat. The sink being inside the room, the transparent and non-sound proof glass? used for seperation might be undesirable for some guests. And I did not like the fact that guests would have to ask for amenities instead of them being provided in the rooms.

Cool tasty and functional decoration.and room layouts... very comfortable beds, all controls by ipad. Location: very central.. Walking distance to the main train station and easy publc transport, to Tivoli Gardens and most city attractions. The check-in and check-out were very easy and the storage system efficient.

The room had some very small but noticeable wear and tear in a very flew places - it didn't bother us but a small repair job would tidy things up. A very small inconvenience - there are no charging sockets near the bed, only by the desk / bathroom.

The room is small but very functional, with still a very large and comfortable bed. The location is great. The reception at the top floor is lovely. Checking in and out was very easy, and the option to store luggage in lockers very convenient.

Fantastic Hotel, the CitizenM chain has never failed to meet expectations, and the Copenhagen branch is no exception! Friendly and helpful staff, immaculately clean rooms with all the familiar features in perfect working order, super comfy bed, and a great bar that serves all night. The location is perfect for exploring the many wonderful sights and attractions that Copenhagen has to offer. Full marks!

The only minus for us was a glass bathroom with no sound insulation.

The location is perfect, close to metro in case of need, shops, cafes are within arm's reach. The room is small, clean, with whole necessary stuff for a comfort stay. The personal was pleasant and very helpful.

No tea/coffee facilities in bedroom. Cleaning decision had to be taken night before. Some of the design features seemed to be trying too hard to be hip.

The glass door to toilet was the only thing we did not like.

Probably most friendly, fast and helpful staff we ever experienced. The all concept of the hotel is developed and implemented to tiniest details. The room was small, but due to smart and attentive design we didn't feel it. The bed was very comfy. Location of hotel is convenient for exploring Copenhagen.

There happened to be a local festival that week (which we hadn’t realized), so there was some lively loud music outside in the evenings. Thankfully, it wrapped up by midnight, and of course, this wasn’t the hotel’s fault at all

The room was stylish, modern, super clean, and had such a fun atmosphere! The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of savory dishes, fruits, and fresh breads. The breakfast lounge itself was so inviting—we could have happily stayed there all day! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, radiating such positive energy that perfectly matched the overall vibe of the hotel.
