Breakfast’s coffee service - coffee cups are placed on the table, so we were expecting coffee service. But there were only 7 coffee pots for 25 tables . So when 7 guests got coffee pot to their table - the rest of guests had no coffee at all. My husband had to wait 20 minutes until coffee pot will be refilled for the guests who understand there were not enough coffee pits for 25tables. Question for management ( from breakfast manager ) why don’t you mention at buffet for all guests - please share coffee pots with following guests during the high season🤷🏼‍♀️ Second problem was socket for kettle in the room. There was no socket next to kettle shelf, neither next to the table. I had to place kettle on the floor so cable can reach nearest socket ( 20 cm from floor) This is second question to management - did you ever check the rooms ?! So why do you place kettle without chance to plug it in ?? Otherwise I was very happy with all the services in hotel.

Very central location, guest’s parking. Clean room with good aircondition on hot days. Good breakfast buffet, available lunch and dinner a la carte.

Our downstairs room was quite dark overlooking the car park. We would have preferred a room on the 1st or 2nd floor.

We loved the location; right in the centre but fairly quiet too.

Reception not staffed after quite early in the evening (c.8.00 pm) so essential to take your room keys with you which include an exterior door key. I had an exterior door key but arrived back around 9.30 pm from dinner and while we were able to get into the hotel, my companions were not able to retrieve their room keys. We managed the situation but could have done without it. Having said that, the owner covered all related additional expenses for which we are very grateful.

Great location, comfortable bed, good breakfast in a very pleasant room and we enjoyed dinner here too, nice staff.

Typical modern hotel vibe, with your standard sterile lobby.

It was centrally located, close to the railway station. Clean, quiet and efficient. The bed was comfortable and bathroom , modern and clean. Nice window view.

Our family included 3 adults and everything was very satisfactory for our stay.

The breakfast offered a good variety of very tasty traditional Danish food. The restaurant offered a very nice, quaint, atmosphere.

A suggestion to replace the shower curtain with a flexi door as the curtain sticks with your body during showering. Also had to go out in the rain to the nearby Folders Hotel to have breakfast shared with their patrons as there were only few residents in Skagen Hotel

We came to Denmark to view the Aurora Borealis and was told best places were Samso Island and Skagen and this is why we visited Skagen and stayed art this lovely hotel. Room good sized and had all amenities and all good and centrally located. Thanks.

The beds were a bit small when you're over 185.

Quiet and comfortable room for a short business trip. Free parking is just around the corner. Good WiFi. Good variety included breakfast and very friendly staff. I had to book one day extra,which was arranged very quickly.

Good location with a free parking behind the hotel.Very friendly and helpfull staff. Beds were a bit small (if you're over 185cm). Bathroom a bit small but for the couple of days (work) I was there it was perfect. Breakfast is good and the variety in my opinion more than sufficient. Eventhough there was one part of the hotel in the process of being renovated it was clean and quiet.
