GermanyThe sauna facilities were not as good as we thought they would be, we were expecting more, still the time there is enjoyable, although most of the sauna is in a basement. In total there is 1 outside sauna and 3 indoors saunas (max temp is 75 Celsius both inside and outside). 3 Jacuzzis in total (max temp 38 Celsius), 2 outside and one inside.
Beautiful hotel and rooms, amazing breakfast served and staff was always friendly and attentive. Also the surroundings of the hotel are beautiful and green to enjoy a quite time, close by is the sea side where you can have relaxed and inspiring walks. They have all food options in case you any dietary restrictions (in my case, lactose and gluten).

RomaniaWe came with our 2 year old child so we could not go to the spa. I do understand the restriction, but it would have been nice if they had a dedicated swiming pool for small children. Also, the room entrance light did not work; it did not bother us that much, so we didn't report it... maybe we should have done it for the benefit of the next guest.... Internet connection in our room wasn't that great (it worked only in certain areas of the room). We did report this, but it did not get better.
Very nice surroundigs (close to the sea, supermarket, train station) and clean and comfortable room. Copenhagen is at about 40 mins by train. The food was also good. It was also very quiet which we greatly appreciated. Very polite and helpful staff: receptionists, cleaning ladys and restaurant waiters.

CanadaNeeds better information/communication around the resort... in English for all us foreigners, as Danish is not well known... just for health/safety issues alone! Note ~ the resort is oriented to the younger crowd, so not all that accessible for seniors/handicapped... especially with luggage.
Gorgeous jewel of a resort, and well located away from CPH, especially for castles & museums [Louisiana is a must]. Your best Comwell experience starts with buying the spa/fitness option [$70./pp/per-stay] and join the other 'robe-wearing' guests wandering the hotel /grounds... made our 3-day stay very comfortable. Found the bar food/service and breakfasts to be hi-lites of the stay.

United KingdomThe bedroom has no air-conditioning, which made the room very stuffy at night. The breakfast is very average, no staff around as you battle your own way around the buffets, the hot food is shockingly awful, and probably not safe to eat (scrambled eggs were dried out & cracked in their pots). The place is set up for conferences & the team need further training on how to handle leisure guests differently.
The Hotel is in a lovely setting, the spa is excellent, although Booking.com bookers should be warned about the extra 349dr payment per person to use the aqua spa. Dinner was good but not great, steak had sat on the hot plate for awhile.
