Reviews of Hotel Copenhagen Apartments

The hotel's location is fine, as it's close to the metro station. We stayed in an apartment, which was comfortable.

Overall, the hotel feels outdated and needs renovation. The cleanliness did not meet expectations. Additionally, the apartments are located across the street, which is inconvenient, especially when handling luggage. There was no internet access in the apartments, and not a single working TV channel. I couldn’t understand the point of having TVs there at all.

The main problem was the bathroom, especially the shower that kept leaking and water moved around. Also the pillows were not that comfortable.

No internet, not a secured place, dirty and towel off smell. We’re not informed that 3 pm reception closed. Note to ring them but it takes 30 minutes to contact them.

It was an apartment with the basics, its main advantage was the reasonable price for Copenhagen standards. Also, it is close to metro, which is convenient for transfers.

Conveniently located close to the Metro, and a short walk across the bridge to the city centre. Clean room with comfortable beds. Kitchen had a microwave, coffee machine, fridge and two ring hob, with pans, crockery and cutlery so simple meals could be prepared. The beds are comfortable and the bunks were fine for our 10 and 7 yr olds. The furnishing is simple, but if you are looking for somewhere close to the centre that is good value then this works well.

Reception only operates 9-5, and so if you arrive late you have to ring a phone number to get in and receive a code for the lock boxes to get your keycard. Whilst I have no issue with this in itself, I rang the number several times before any one answered. We had arrived at 10.45 at night with two children, and I was beginning to get concerned that no one was going to answer and we would have nowhere to stay.

We arrived around 1pm and the door to the reception was locked. Called the number on the door and was told it remains locked until check in at 3pm! We had 2 children and wanted to leave bags somewhere, so we're then told that a member of staff would be there in 30 mins. Towels and beds ready in the room and good heating system.

Poor facilities in kitchen. Broken bread knife (the handle actually missing), 2 spoons for 4 people and 2 beer glasses and 1 small shot glass for drinking (we had to go to a local shop to buy glasses!), toaster, kettle and oven not clean. Not as described online or clean and we actually opted to only use the toaster and eat out for the duration of our stay for lunch and dinner. Not equipped for a fully functioning apartment at all. Opened curtains to find rubbish on the window sill and dirty. Rubbish from previous guests under the beds. Shower head needed replacing (water coming from only 11 holes!) Extremely basic inside and nothing like the photos online and although location and facilities around were great we would not recommend or stay here again.

Spoken whit personal we can change apartament, cause de Frist one was ridiculous, dirty, small,and nothing inside.

We liked the kitchen equipment and the tranquility of the apartment eventhough it was in the city centre.

The bathroom was quite small, so after the shower of 4 people there was water everywhere. Dust and toilet paper under the beds (kids found out :))

Had to go to different buildings to room. Construction started before 0700. Drilling and sanding heard through entire room from above.
