Recensione verificataL’hotel si trova nel quartiere di Vesterbro, in una bella zona , davvero vicino alla fermata della metro di Havneholmen, (a circa 350 mt) per cui è comodo usare questo mezzo di trasporto anche da e per l’aeroporto (circa mezz’ora ). Accanto all’hotel c’è un centro commerciale con negozi, ovviamente, ma anche con ristoranti /caffé (svariate tipologie , per tutti i gusti ). La zona è tranquilla , molto frequentata e sicura. Il personale dell’hotel è molto gentile e disponile. Le stanze non sono grandissime ma sono pulite e funzionali! La stanze non vengono rifatte automaticamente tutte le mattine ma il cliente, la sera prima, può chiedere vengano pulite/rifatte il giorno dopo, a sua discrezione . La colazione a buffet è davvero impressionante : sia in termini di qualità che di qualità. Attiguo all’hotel c’è una sorta di stabilimento balneare pubblico per cui, nelle giornate più calde, o se si volesse fare l’esperienza di fare il bagno nel canale, in sicurezza (in un posto delimitato tipo piscina, in uno spazio in cui è vietato il transito delle imbarcazioni) è possibile togliersi questa soddisfazione. L’hotel offre anche la possibilità di noleggiare le biciclette (il giro in bici della città è assolutamente da provare !!)

Abbiamo trovato un'organizzazione assolutamente imbarazzante. Al nostro arrivo non avevano la prenotazione corretta delle camere: 1. La tripla superiore con divano letto è diventata una doppia con letto aggiunto. 2. Il soggiorno per 3 notti risultava per 2. 3. La colazione compresa volevano farla ripagare a parte. 4. La pulizia delle camere è solo su richiesta.
