I can't say that anything really bothered me. Just a small inconvenience after taking a bath: most of the water ended up on the bathroom floor 🥺. I dried it with a towel. But I figured out the reason — you must hold the stopper by the chain and let the water drain slowly. Not really a problem, just a detail to know. Some guests may find it a bit noisy at night — but the room provides earplugs. As for me, I was so happily tired from discovering this beautiful city that I slept like a rock 😄 Next time I miss Copenhagen, I’ll hop on a FlixBus and stay at this amazing hotel again! 🚌💫 Huge thanks! 🙏

The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of Copenhagen, within walking distance of all major attractions 🏙️. The room was neat and simple, without unnecessary extras like a minibar or fridge — which I didn’t need anyway. During my 4-day stay, the bed linen was changed three times, and towels were refreshed daily. Housekeeping was done every day. The bed was very comfortable, with crisp, white, fresh-smelling sheets 🛏️. Power outlets were conveniently placed. Breakfast was a delightful surprise! 👍 Smoked salmon, marinated herring (prepared the way only Scandinavians can!), cold cuts, cheeses (with and without mold — soft and delicate — so delicious! 🧀), fresh breads, rolls, toast 🥐🍞, salads, greens, fruits 🍅🍇. From the hot dishes: omelets, small sausages, baked tomatoes 🍳🌭. Also pastries, dairy, muesli, various jams — so much, so tasty, and high quality. The staff at reception were very kind and professional, check-in was quick, the elevator worked flawlessly, and sound insulation was excellent. I slept with the window open, enjoying fresh air. I was given exactly the room I had requested in advance — on the right floor, with a bathtub, and with a view of my favorite city ❤️ Pure joy 24/7! I was truly happy staying here! ❤️❤️

TRAIN NOISE 24/7!!! The mattresses were horrible and need to be replaced with nice new modern firm ones.

Breakfast was very good. Location excellent - except the noise of the trains going into the train station - I did not realize the tracks were so close (within 50 m) and trains braking or speeding up 24/7 - so very noisy! But a really nice hotel. The Italian restaurant next door is AWESOME!!! please eat there great food, excellent service and reasonable prices! There is a market just to the left 150m with everything! Walking distance to all of Copenhagen!!!

This hotel has a great location, close to the railway station and just a walking distance from a center, shops and attractions. The room was spacious, breakfast tasty - I recommend it for a stay.

Air condition was out the whole time, apparently there was some major problem with the main unit so I don't blame the hotel, but it was uncomfortable.

Very helpful and friendly staff incl. the manager. They let us store our bikes inside and helped us with the parking, I really appreciated that!

The housekeeping was short in supplying the coffee, etc.

We liked the location and cleanliness. There was a train station opposite the hotel and bus service. It was in walking distance from the Copenhagen H station as well. Many grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants were around. The housekeeping kept the room clean and pleasant. There was a breakfast included option and tennis court. Overall, a good experience.

Beds a bit too soft for personal liking. Room did not have aircon, which is fine for a 3 star hotel. We were visiting during hot summer days and kept window open overnight which cooled down the room but came a sacrificing peace and quiet as streets were rather noisy and trains passing by too often.

I missed that the room didn't have any airconditioning (it was a very good weather at this time), make-up mirror and a minibar(fridge).

The bed and the breakfast was good. It is a very good location and a quiet room even though it is next to a train station.

When housekeeping came, they did not do a refresh of all parts & missed some (e.g bedsheets). Even after explicitly asking for it to be changed

the drapes need to be replaced with blackout drapes the drapes were flimsy.. i like cream in my coffee. no a/c.no refrigerator.

the breakfast was good but i like cream in my coffee not milk but it was hot at least. the location was good and easy to get to the train station. the staff made up for any short comings...everyone was nice and helpful .easpecially the man not from copenhagen that discussed the train to the airport with me. thank you . the sheets were clean and crisp. the duvet a bit heavy.

There's nothing realy to put into "didn't like" basket. One thing was unfavorable. Hotel is near rails and you can hear a train at late night when you want to sleep. It is not my deal breaker, I can sleep pretty hard, bud for someone it could be a little problem.

Most things was according to standard required for number of stars. Great part was a brekfast which I enjoy very much. Great choice of fresh juices, nice choice of meal, and something I realy like is fresh soft bread.

The room was a bit small and felt a bit old, but overall the stay was comfortable.

The breakfast was excellent. The location is very central—close to the train station and within walking distance of the main attractions. Everything was easy to reach on foot.

The lobby was very nicely styled and staff were very helpful. The breakfasts were absolutely amazing and catered to everyone's needs. We arrived early and could leave our bags in a secure luggage room while we went sight- seeing. Convenient location and we were able to walk most places. Our room was as advertised and was very comfortable for our stay.

Rooms a bit outdated. They can use a refurbishment.

Location was excellent. Close to the city center, Tivoli, etc. Parking is possible in the public garage close by (less than 500m) and you can book a pot in advance with the public garage (Q-park). Beds were excellent and the Tennis court is in good order. Very friendly staff.

The pillows were uncomfortable and the room a bit warm. Windows not ideal for getting ventilation in. The guy who worked the night shift was a bit strange when I asked for a drink and he was hard to get a hold of
