We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United Arab EmiratesI did not receive the room I had paid for with a private bathroom. I was given a room in a flat without a private bathroom. The bathroom was shared with an elder male. The staff manager was very rude when I asked to get the room standard I booked which included a private bathroom. Upon my enquiry, the manager was very annoyed and refused to refund me, then told me to call booking.com and after an hour of fight and calls, he finally got me a room without any apology. Very unprofessional management and service. It was Saturday night and I was late for my work commitment in the evening, and did not get a shower. Not a hotel to be relied on.
The location is fine, and rooms are decent (if you are lucky to get the room you paid for initially). Nonetheless, I was given a room with a shared bathroom in a flat and had to fight with the staff for hours to get the room I had booked with a private bathroom. I was not the only one who had received a room without a bathroom, so be careful when booking this hotel.

CroatiaThere was an isolating hum in our rooms all night long, not very loud but loud enough that when I woke in the middle of the night it kept me awake and I I tried to find out what was making it and closing the bathroom door seemed to help slightly but eventually only got back to sleep with a pillow over my head.
It was a good location, easy parking, adequate breakfast and helpful staff.
