Value for money, it was great for those who wana enjoy cruise as 1st starting point We really enjoyed the views..it was amazing

I think beds are bit small, but this is what you get when its a cruise.

A great addition to the holiday, enjoyed by the whole family. Time to enjoy both cities and a relaxing fun filled journey each way

Nice atmosphere

We liked everything!

This is not the cruise problem, but it is worth mentioning. You should know that after exiting the space of Denmark(or Norway or Sweden) your phone will connect to a maritime satellite network and the mobile data will be insanely expensive, so you better close your roaming 1h after departure from each port.

Check-in was easy. The standard cabin is clean and was as described. Nice view from the deck and lots of things to do if you have a lot of money. The cruise experience was great. The view is breathtaking.

The bed can be more comfortable. Only 1 body towel is provided. The prices of the food is too overly expensive. Bring your own food and snacks.

Nice cabins, lots to look around at, great opportunity to visit 2 countries. Timings were promptly adhered to. Plenty of choice for food and entertainment.

Slightly on the expensive side for everything, but I guess that's Scandinavia as a whole. Budget accordingly, drinks and snacks soon add up.

A lovely mini cruise from Copenhagen to Oslo, the ferry was clean and staff were helpful and pleasant. Great value for money!

Check-in staff were really friendly and helpful. The ship is spotlessly clean with so much to do, particularly for our 9 year old son, who had a blast on there. We ate at Little Italy restaurant the two nights we were on board and thoroughly enjoyed it, both food and being served by lovely staff. We had an inner cabin which, as expected, was quite small but very manageable for the time we were in it.

Be aware that once you are on board, you have to pay a high price for everything. The Little Italy restaurant was a reasonable price but breakfast is very, very expensive if you book the buffet restaurant. The only other option is the coffee shop, which is basically pastries which we didn't really want. There is no kettle in the rooms, so we asked if we could possibly purchase some hot water and milk (we had our own tea bags). We were told we could have both for free. However, they would only provide flimsy plastic cups, which weren't really practical for putting boiling water in. If we were to do a ferry again, we would make sure we take plenty of our own snacks and drinks on with us before boarding, particularly with a 9 year old.

The staff at the snack bar were not polite and came across as rude, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. Good service and friendly staff are an essential part of a pleasant trip, and unfortunately this was missing. On top of that, the WiFi service was unreliable and of poor quality, which was frustrating given that it was part of the package. Overall, the quality of service, dining, and amenities fell short of what was promised.

It was clean and the staff were happy to be there and helpful.

Nothing to not like. It was a great deal.

Fantastic little mini cruise. Way more than I expected it would be. Loads of places to eat and drink aboard. The bar tender at The Anker was fabulous. A definite must do if you have a spare few days

The food inside the cruise was not included in the price and it was expensive, even the coffee .

What an amazing experience! It all started with the ticket counter. We couldn't do self check-in because of a minor issue, but the young guy who helped us was kind and very friendly. He was very helpful and just awesome. Being on the ferry for two nights was cheaper than staying on land for two nights and we got transport from Copenhagen to Oslo included! Loved how clean it was! Perfect.

The prices at the restaurants could have been a little lower. It was pretty steep for what we got.
