Many facilities, nice breakfast, pleasant staff. Nice and comfortable room, with a high chair and small but cozy table desk for simple work tasks

Air conditioner was leaking water when we were there, also no proper space to place our shampoo and soaps.

Great location near station. Good breakfast. Possibly good value for money for Copenhagen but it was expensive to stay that weekend.

It’s in a great location, with easy parking, staff are lovely, beds are comfy and the breakfast was good

It was incredibly hot in our room on check in and didn’t really cool down. We slept on top of duvets with the window open (even with the train noise!)

Location. Family friendly. 24/7 cold fridge open and great breakfast. Very helpful, accommodating staff.

Rooms weren’t huge for a family of four.

Location was excellent close to train station & restaurants. Seemed to be a lot of facilities there to use but we were not there to use them . Staff were friendly lobby area nice

Lift was not working the whole 3 days we were there it was very difficult lugging our heavy bags up and down the stairs. With that number of stairs you cannot have lifts not working . Lobby area nice staff friendly but the whole place had the feel of a uni dorm or a hostel . the breakfast in the morning was simple & ok but I felt like I was a student in a hostel. seems very popular with Danish families. Took a long time to get to our room down many corridors. I’m sure it’s a popular hotel but I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Fantastic location for transport links and Tivoli, staff excellent. Reasonable size room for family.

We had to wait for table for breakfast on 2 out of 3 mornings but probably because international conference was going on within the campus. Breakfast options were a bit limited for the size of hotel, loose tea supplied (no T-bags!), very odd but maybe that’s because we’re British.

Facilities and locations were great as were the staff

The bed was very hard and the mattress kept coming off at the edges. The bathroom floor was dirty think hostel style accommodation but the games and shop and staff were great. Breakfast was unusual and limited - basic sums it up. You have to pay to use the swimming pool as a hotel guest which I didn’t know in advance. Great location for station and Tivoli gardens though just a five minute walk away!

It had everything we needed and our room was large with a great size bathroom. The room had an iron and ironing board which was great.. having travelled Europe this was the biggest room we had. Breakfast was great everything you could want…I love Rye bread which is a traditional Danish bread. The facilities were great to keep you entertained. Location was central to everything, we would definitely stay again.

    Close to the railwaystation

Small room, direct air condition (on the bed) poor breakfast, no hot milk, like eggs only boiled eggs, hard to find a clean table. Walking distance to have breakfast (you have to go outside!!!). Some not nice comments from the staff at check-in thinking that noone understands Danish

Great location close to the main train station and really nice breakfast. We use the service to rent bikes and love the lounge in the lobby with board games.

The breakfast was simple and the same each morning but the quality was exceptional. The amenities, games etc were varied and looked in good condition.

The hall to the rooms looked daggy, old and cheap, stains on the tiles floor, no artwork anywhere, no murals to lift the dormitory feeling. The room was the same, functional but no atmosphere, we spent as little time in there as possible.
